i’ve been sober for the last 90 days and have noticed the following changes.
ac temp used to be set to 60-64 and 8 sleep set to -7.
now i set my ac to 68-70 and eight sleep to -3.
starting to think this is too cold as well. like when i fall asleep i like how cold it is but through the night i wake up shivering. anyone having similar issues?
any insight or anything would be appreciated.
edit: i got it from over 400 to 150 2 years ago when she stayed with me. she did not follow the same diet and exercise when she moved back to new york. i live in texas and now that she is with me again i want to help her. is this not biohacking? do people not inject peptides and change their lives here? lol some of these replies are insanely weird. i am simply looking for an online HRT clinic. traditional doctors are just too slow and minimize everything, in my experience.
my mother just turned 60. she has been dealing with high blood sugar / diabetes for a few years now. i almost reversed it a few years ago but she's a bit stubborn. is there any online hormone/health clinics worth getting her signed up for?
i've used hone in the past for myself, but they seem a bit overpriced and not really the best.
while i'm helping her get her blood sugar corrected, i'd like to also get her hormones checked to see if it will help her quality of life. she's always yawning, saying she's tired, moving around like she's 90. i hope to bring some life back into her.

i have a bunch of GHKCU vials, 100mg. i was wondering if i could just add some BAC water and then add it to my hyaluronic acid? it’s a 30ml bottle, the ordinary. i’ve added 500mg to it so far and saw some people online talking about adding 1 gram, but it has to be raw powder. is there a difference since i added the freeze dried you use for injecting?
