In Myrtle Beach, I found a two-volume book called OUR LIFE BEYOND MK ULTRA by Elisa E. Both volumes were priced $90 which intrigued me. For scale, most of the books at this shop were priced cheap. Think Half-Price (but indie and with some collectibles in a different area). I looked into the book online and it seems priced $30-$40 everywhere else. Any tea on this or why it might be? Out of print? Small mystery but I’m Nancy Drew over here and am just wondering. It was not signed or anything.

Hi! I just started teaching hot yoga 3 days/week and I love it. But my personal look and balance is all out of sorts—I’m staying clean before and after class but constantly feel frizzy and smelling a bit different now, haha. I feel like my hair texture feels over washed but looks under washed. My face is puffy and my hands and feet are getting calloused teaching and cleaning the studio on those days. Any tips we love for longer lasting shampoos, lotions, balms, anything that helps our personal magic in and out of class? Thanks ❤️❤️😂
