20F looking for a ghar damad for my Daughter
okay so my daughter Maroon (Persian cat, certified princess) is ready to settle down and honestly I'm tired of being the only one dealing with her nakhras so I'm opening rishta applications.
things you should know before applying:
her mood swings are INSANE. one second she's headbutting your hand for pets, next second she's giving you death stare because you breathed too loud. sometimes she wants cuddles for exactly 4 minutes then bites you if you don't stop immediately. we don't ask questions, we just adjust.
she has some very specific out of the blue requirements for her:
must be okay with sleeping in exactly one (1) specific position she deems acceptable, no negotiation
must not touch her food while she's "thinking about eating it" (could be hours)
has to accept she will meow at 3am for no reason and you will simply get up and comply
should be prepared to lose all rights to the good blanket
must appreciate her fluffiness on command, minimum 6 times a day
absolutely cannot have a personality bigger than hers, she will not compete for attention
ghar damad only, she is not moving out, this is non negotiable, she owns the house now anyway.
serious inquiries only please, she deserves the best 😭🐾
finally can celebrate azaadi
saw it somewhere but it's too satisfying to not be posted.
My Bank Account Just Filed for Emotional Support, Please Send Help (I Have Skills, I Swear)
So here's the deal.
My shopping cart currently has the confidence of a millionaire and my bank balance has the confidence of a null pointer. Something has to change, and since selling organs felt like a bit much for a Friday, I figured I'd try the much more socially acceptable route: offering actual, real, useful skills to strangers on the internet in exchange for cash.
Here's what you're getting if you hire me instead of ignoring this post:
A CS major who actually knows ML, not just the buzzwords. K nearest neighbors, digit detection systems, real world projects that actually run instead of just living in a Jupyter notebook judging me silently.Currently building a research profile too, so if you need someone who reads papers for fun (we do exist, it's a whole personality type), that's me.
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, the kind where I can explain a complicated concept to your grandma or write an email that doesn't sound like a hostage negotiation. Also learning German and French (A1 level, so mostly I can just confidently say hello and then panic).
Actual professional experience as a personal assistant for a US based manager. I managed her emails, wrote her responses, ran her calendar like a small military operation. I am annoyingly organized and will make your chaos look intentional.
I also do career counseling, which is a little funny given my current financial situation, but I promise I'm much better at planning other people's futures than my own bank balance.
So basically: ML help, research assistance, virtual assistant work, email and calendar management, career advice, tutoring, I'm flexible. What I am not flexible on is getting paid, because miniso doesn't care about my personality.
Comment or DM me if you have a task and a budget, ideally in that order of importance to you, but definitely not to me.
Keypad phone/button phone
Can you guys suggest me a good keypad/button phone that is good for calls ?
how to discipline my younger brother? He is 17
he is phone addicted, hella aggressive and badtameez, choti choti baat pr he shouts and now he has started throwing stuff too. On top of this, he doesn't even do the effort to grab himself a glass of water, sb kuch uss ke haath mein laa kr diya jaaye,
he is really handsome so he gets a lot of attention from girls in his class and coaching and I feel like he's started thinking k anger is making him cool too like these male leads shown in dramas , a teenage girl legit said to him k he looks like a bad boy and it's so cool,
I am honestly really worried for him, me and my mama often say to him k we won't get you married with this behavior (in our family people get married early), and honestly we won't, yeh kl ko apni biwi bachon se aese badtameezi aur rudeness se baat kre, we don't want this.
Anybody here who has disciplined their younger siblings? Any advice would be really appreciated.
Love marriage, husband passed away, need help
There is this relative whose husband passed away a few weeks ago, he was a young guy and it was a big shock, both of these eloped and the woman's family has completely cut ties with her , they didn't even come at her husband's funeral and they simply don't want to have any concern with her let alone her kids and her responsibility. Husband left 0 savings , he was earning well but spent all of his money on his siblings and kids etc, his family isn't well off at all and they all never liked his wife. The woman is uneducated (doesn't even know how to read and write).
Now she has kids who are in their early teens (girls) and very young boys (so it's not possible for the kids to go outside and earn)
None of the immediate family members stepped up to take their responsibility like legit no one. Thank God the house is their own so they don't have rent issues, but the kids fees, the basic daily necessities, groceries, that's a huge deal. We are trying to support her as much as we can, but honestly it's not enough, the woman is so scared and worried how she will manage everything and all the other stuff.
Is their anyway they can get help? What steps should be taken?
uncool 20f
I used to be a cool girl before saying words like LinkedIn, career, growth and and and
Sab ke apni apni aankhein
Sab ka apna apna chaand
Any tips on how to get the coolness back?
P.S guys please upvote, I don't wanna create another account
