The storm cannon will not fire because it requires non-ai garrisons next to it (you will get an error) and the underground fortress is BLOCKED off on the inside, so you cannot leave.

There are other cursed shit you can do with this, but it went into a bug report, not for sharing here. 💀

Portable Locker Rack

I really love the implementation of the Portable Locker, it honestly changes how I personally build my base and play the game; the concept of building a portable chest that I can fill and attach to my vehicle for the return trip home is one of the most rewarding gameplay loops Unknown Worlds have created for the game. In my current playthroughs I have a "wall of portable lockers hardpoints" right next to my Tadpole dock which allows me to quickly and easily make materials available for crafting without needing to sort (a massive W).

However one annoying chore that remains is finding empty lockers and re-using them, or deconstruction them. To this end I would suggest something like the following:

The Portable Locker Rack

Its simple: all it does is provide 3 hardpoints for portable lockers on side, and once the items inside are used for crafting it gets moved to other side so you can pick it up or deconstruct it with the habitat tool. It doesnt offload the items or do anything above what 3x Hardpoints already do, except make it obvious which portable lockers are ready for re-use. As an added bonus... a little indicator to show how many items remain would be awesome.
