So yesterday I got a email saying that they are processing it but today I get the ineligible status, I shopped through their app and met their requirement, should I wait it out or contact them?

Has anybody ever relapse like this? Long story short I stopped wearing my retainers since 2022 and I noticed this gap forming on my front teeth
