Looking for sublease

As the title says I am looking to relocate and transition into the medical cannabis field on the west coast. I see that there are major hurdles around applying for a new license or transferring so id prefer a sublease on an existing licensed location. I don't need a huge space as I am looking to go the craft route and establish a small/craft brand specific for overseas export. Have been working a hemp license for a while but with recent changes in law I would like to hop into the medical market and can't afford to do it locally. I've got no criminal or drug history, 2 badass dogs, a lifted 4x4 truck and experience in the field including general automation and electrical. Pm me for my number and let's see what we can work out, always willing to trade labor on what you've got going on to pay for my part. NO UNLICENCED BUSINESS PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Love how this post was originally removed for "hate" saying that i didn't want to do business with a specific group of people that are operating unlicensed grows with forced labor.

Cammed or just nasty?

Recently bought a 97 4.6 (truck) from someone that didn't tell me there was a pi swap and a bunch of mods. Wanted to do spark plugs and it's recommended to do the gap a lot tighter if there's a cam vs without and figured I'd let the pros tell me what they think. The motor is a Romeo and the casting numbers on the heads show they are from 03 if that helps. Got the cold step copper cores just in case. Thank you in advance! I'll pull a valve cover eventually but figured I'd give y'all a shot first 🙏🙏

Found a puppy!

Picked this girl up that wondered right by me this morning. Was such a baby maybe 2 months old? Picked the ticks off and sent her on her way 👍

Blown front cv axle

Its a front driver's side cv axle on my 97 f150 4x4 4.6 I bought it and drove an hour and a half to my mom's not knowing it was this bad and all of my air tools to replace it are at my house. Which is another 45 minutes away. I don't think I'll be able to get my compressor off of the ground to get it in my hatch.

Help ID these please

Pencil drill and a roughed up Suwannee point?

Edit: After doing a bit more research it seems the second piece is "Unifacial" which is cool. Still looking forward to input, thank you.
