Upgrading phone

Ugh this company is so frustrating! I want to upgrade my kids phone to the new 18 pro. We have the upgrade anytime on the account. We owe $400 on it but because I’ve paid the extra for the upgrade anytime it’s eligible. When I go through the online system it says it’s something like $26 per month (with $33.33 crossed out). This leads me to believe this particular phone will cost us $26 or whatever a month. When I go through all the prompts however, by the end, it’s quoting $37 monthly. What is happening here? I tried to go in to the store and that kid was not helpful at all, I tried to online chat and she can’t help me because find my is turned on (kid is currently at work). Can anyone here explain this to me? Is the cost quoted because we have to turn the phone in to get the other price? Is it really just that much even though I’ve been paying extra just to have the early upgrade option? With my AT&T next up I get the promotion prices as long as I turn the phone in- I’d be shocked if that’s not the same here…

Fix the lighting perhaps?

Is there anyway to fix this picture of my son and I up so it doesn’t look like it was taken on an old iPhone? The lighting is just off…

Thanks!

Help me plan next weekend real quick!

Heading to the Gorge Fri and Sat by myself (friend backed out, no one else wants to come. Was gonna try to sell ticket but it sounds like they’re not even selling at face so why bother? I digress). 1) I have a hotel in Ephrata for nearly $350, but looking at Hotels.com I’m seeing a bunch of stuff for like $160 in Moses lake. I don’t know anything about that area- would it make sense to switch to save money? I’m just coming from Richland, just don’t want to drive back and forth.
2) is there any sort of shuttle or anything or would it make more sense for me to just drive myself? Is it an easy drive from those places? Is parking really a nightmare?
