Driver reported, how do I ensure I never get them again? Can I block them?

Submitted order for 2 dishes yesterday at 730pm. Restaurant 4 miles away. Tipped $7 on a $29 total. About 21 for food and rest was Uber Eats fees. So my total was $36

734 pm; message driver, please bring utensils thanks. Driver responds they are already at the restaurant and I should increase the tip because now they have to wait. I respond that I tipped 25% and ordered less than 5 minutes ago so they are preparing the food even if he got there fast. He tells me he had to pass on 18 low tippers for the day and he needs more to get gas to get to me.

Suffice it to say my order arrived and....no utensils. Like bro, if you really wanted any chance of an increased tip do the one thing requested? I didn't reduce the $7 tip, nor add to it, but I reported the driver. If they really skipped that many orders and took mine they will probably know where the complaint came from.

How do I ensure this driver is never assigned an order from me again? I dont trust people that act this way and dont want them handling my food.

Is there a way for me to block that driver ?

Service Issue at Hotel, offered additional points, never received. Next step?

Had several issues with a room at the Elyton Hotel in Birmingham, AL on my last stay involving cleanliness or lack thereof. I informed the front desk and they offered me a choice of complimentary breakfast in the restaurant or additional points. I said the points are ok and they staff said they would take care of it. The stay is in my app but no points were added for the Service Issue.

Would the most efficient course be calling the property or calling Bonvoy?

Had a Rogue SL for a 2 week rental. Comfortable cruiser. Lot to like in a rental. Anyways....what's with the secret hidden 8th gear in the cvt programming? It drops RPM by several hundred at highway speed but leaving it in just Drive never gets there. If you use the paddle it goes to 8th for a few seconds then back down to 7th/drive. The only way to lock it in is to switch to "manual" mode and then paddle to 8th and it stays there.

I did a ton of highway driving with my rental and saw mpg jump 4 to 5% once I found this. Why isn't the lower ratio just programmed in to Drive that 99.99% of people use ?

I was at 24 nights last week before 2 night stay (Tuesday and Wednesday). The app hasn't updated yet for nights or points, that stay isn't even in my past trips yet on the app. I know it can take up to 10 days to appear. I am checking in at a premium property tonight for 2 nights then moving to another property for a 3rd night; will the front desk see accurate view of my points and status, or will they have the same view as my app?
