Wrap Pricing...

Christ on a bike...

I've been calling around to get the A5 wrapped as the paint on it is shit. Panels are going matte and the bonnet is like cats have been having an orgy on it.

£3500... For a frikin wrap... £5200 including door shuts etc...

Are people actually paying this on their tatty Ranges and Mercs?

I was honestly expecting like £1500..

A recoat with a basic sand, paint and clear coat is coming out less..

But I wanted to get it in a different colour, like Imola yellow which never came on the A5.

Is this actually normal pricing?

Fathers facing inflated demands from the Child Maintenance Service have been plunged into poverty and even taken their own lives. So why does the agency's £125k-a-year boss sound so bumptiously dismissive

Interesting debate on the train this morning..

So in the wonderful EU.. they extended the scheme for Ukrainians to seek refuge...

Except.. MEN aged 23 to 60 to enable Ukraine to mobilise them to fight the war.

So the EU doesn't allow men of fighting age to enter and instead must remain to fight for their country.

So.. why is it seemingly acceptable for everyone to allow fighting age males from Afghanistan, Sudan, Iran etc. to just show up on this continent, rather than remain and fight the so called oppressors they are fleeing from (supposedly fleeing from, it's definitely not a grift and taking the opportunity to harvest women and children here) but let's take it at face value.

The Russian military is far more capable than these flea bitten militias.

Why are we all responsible for this lot, but not the Ukrainian men.

B8 Rear Headlight Level Sensor..

Do we really need to drop the rear subframe to change this £35 part?

Being quoted stupid amounts to change this sensor on the back left arm..

What car would you love to have.. affordable but scares you to try?

I'd love an SL600 R129...

But it's likely ruinous and leads to bankruptcy for the average guy.

Anyone have a "dream car" they can actually afford but financial ruin running the thing is the only thing stopping you?

Sub £20k for a 5.5 bi turbo V12... What could possibly go wrong.. apparently a lot..

I upset a lefty here lol.

With regards to a post about the 5th COVID inquiry and how it's not changed what we already know years ago. But bro needs to be told about what happened with PPE to talk about it at Mosque I guess.

Work has cancelled today, and it's my last day in my 30s. What would you suggest I do on a bleak day like today?

Oil for marinades

Just wanted to share this actually after a conversation at work.

I've been using sesame oil for years, to make stuff like Wings. Get Jerk seasoning, mix with sesame oil and leave them overnight.

I have actually found since doing this, they burn a lot less as the oil has a much higher flash point that vegetable oils. Rapeseed is around 230c sesame is 300c

But also it has a very high smoke point compared to most others.

Everyone actually likes my wings. Might be why. I hated BBQ wings before changing oils on a test basis.

Private Parking Tickets..

For those that say they just file for a CCJ. Smart Parking not Smart. I had a defense, we did the court ordered mediation, they did not budge and said they would pursue in full.

They called me the day before the deadline halving the settlement offer.. said gtfo.

They didn't even pay the court fee and the claim was struck out.

They don't always pursue. To date.. I have never paid one of these.

Just don't ignore court claim forms and fight people.

No revenue for them, only costs to swallow.

Ninja FlexFlame

Wow I didn't expect a UK BBQ Sub, let alone a busy one.

Does anyone have this? It's quite pricey and I kind of simp for Ninja devices.

I bought a cheapo gas one last year after a decade of coals and it's rusted through already.

Need to get some Zebra Steaks going from Meat Man again.
