22F, at the end of my wits with job hunting

TLDR recent masters in public administration graduate, job hunting hard across event/project management & open to other sectors, tailoring every application but barely getting first rounds of interviews, looking for what I might be missing

About me:
- EU citizen
- Fluent in English & French (plan on learning Dutch once I have a salary)
- Staying in NL because I’ve grown to love the country & have a long-term relationship with a Dutchie

Recent graduate with a masters in public administration and I’ve been having a lot of trouble job hunting in the current market.

Mainly looking for event/project management (my extracurricular experience & interest) but am open to more administrative positions like office management & HR, or even sectors where I’d be seen as having a more “non-traditional” background say communications, consulting etc.

There seems to be almost no entry-level/junior roles on LinkedIn. I’ve reached two in-person final round interviews so far (recruiter, hiring manager, assessment…) after that it’s mostly me getting first rounded or my application not even making it past the initial AI screening.

I apply even when the vacancy states Dutch as a requirement (I’ve heard for some companies this is just a formality), I apply even when the vacancy lists exact years of experience (1-3 years for example), I’ve applied all the way from big international companies to the small local ones.

I’ve tailored both my CV and cover letter to each vacancy, and don’t know what to do anymore :(

Any advice would be much appreciated!
