I can understand why this sub exist , does anyone here have a HOA they actually enjoy living in?

I only ask because my HOA is fairly relaxed when it comes to parking pollution, house colors, street cleaning, dead grass etc.. They aren’t strict but they aren’t whatever goes either. I’ve never received a ticket for leaving a car parked on the street for 30+ days. My grass is always dead in some spots. My house color is white while the rest of the block is tan or orange looking. They still have protocols you have to follow for like remodeling and stuff but it feels like a gated public community. Never ran into any problems I’ve been here for 2 years now. My HOA is 110/m

Does anyone else have a story like this or am I just a 1 off the nobody ever sees? Reading some of the things on here I would def not want to live in a HOA if it wasn’t for mine.

Changing spark plugs on my car should I be worried if the piece that broke off?

Had a check engine for 2 cylinders on my 2015 Kia optima pulled out the coil packs looked fine spark plugs look like it’s the culprit. Before I plug in new ones I noticed one had a broken piece at the tip. Do I need to recover it?

I’m just wondering if oem is the best way to go with all this or if there are performance parts or other credible sites that sell parts for this car. 1994 Nissan 300zx. Car sat for about 10 years has a misfire it has 70k original miles it is all completely stock. I was looking at z1 performance and other places.
