My landlord has been charging me €40 less per month for 8 months and i said nothing

I got an automated email from my building management two weeks ago with a payment summary, i went through it properly like first time and noticed every monthly charge since nov was €40 short of what my lease says.

So €320 total they never collected.

I didnt call them and moved the €320 into my investment account and have been thinking about it every day since.

The rational argument (acc to me ) is I owe them nothing as they made the error so the money is legally mine until they notice and ask. My girlfriend says what if the situation were reversed.

For context this is a large property management company that took over from a smaller landlord last year aand they charge €80 to replace a lightbulb and sends legal letters for two day late rent so I feel approximately zero moral obligation to flag their accounting error.

But I also just turned 29 and I have been trying to be the kind of person who does the right thing even when nobodys watchingn and I seriously dk if keeping money of a faceless corporation that forgot to charge you clears that bar.

What would you do if u were me?

SPCX got hit by two stories on July 1.Neither is resolved heading into the long weekend

FAA prohibited investment list story broke June 30 so employees and their spouses all banned from owning SPCX because the FAA licenses every spacex launch and reentry so its routine on paper but market sold the open anyway.

Then WSJ reported spacex had shown investors a prototype AI handset before its ipo that has xAI software so stock briefly popped and Musk posted "utterly false" on X as a reply to this.spcx closed down 7.8% at $157.54 on a day the Dow hit ath.

Now 30% below the June 16 peak and 2.1% below IPO listing price,it has been three weeks since debut and the whole rally is gone.

The FAA list permanently frames the dependency as every future launch approval happens between a company and an agency whose employees cant financially benefit from its success. The AI phone story is equally live and musk didn't say theres no device.Lock up expiry hits late July and up to 20% of the 4.6 billion share 180 day block releases around Q2 earnings. So theres real supply pressure whatever happens with either story.

For EU investors traderepublic and bitpanda both had SPCX from listing day which is new for european retail on US ipos meaning access is solved and whether $158 makes sense heading into a four day weekend with two open narratives….

Is $158 the floor or do you wait for the lock up

Which Fusion order type do you use most limit, stop limit or market?

The standard Bitpanda app keeps things simple but fusion has opened up a much wider set of order types for more controlled execution. what are yoiu guys relying on day to day once they have moved over. Did learning stop limit or take profit orders change how you trade or do most people just end up using market orders anyway out of habit?

What's the actual difference between bitpanda broker and bitpanda fusion for buying crypto?

I keep seeing both mentioned and I am still not totally clear on how they are different in practice,is it just two different interfaces sitting on top of the same balance or are they separate systems with their own fee structures and execution? So if I buy something through fusion does it show up the same way in my portfolio as something bought through broker or do they track separately?
