My landlord has been charging me €40 less per month for 8 months and i said nothing

I got an automated email from my building management two weeks ago with a payment summary, i went through it properly like first time and noticed every monthly charge since nov was €40 short of what my lease says.
So €320 total they never collected.
I didnt call them and moved the €320 into my investment account and have been thinking about it every day since.
The rational argument (acc to me ) is I owe them nothing as they made the error so the money is legally mine until they notice and ask. My girlfriend says what if the situation were reversed.
For context this is a large property management company that took over from a smaller landlord last year aand they charge €80 to replace a lightbulb and sends legal letters for two day late rent so I feel approximately zero moral obligation to flag their accounting error.
But I also just turned 29 and I have been trying to be the kind of person who does the right thing even when nobodys watchingn and I seriously dk if keeping money of a faceless corporation that forgot to charge you clears that bar.
What would you do if u were me?
