How's the water at slide rock/ oak Creek right now?

Hey y'all! Ive been wanting to go swimming out at slide rock and some of the spots on oak Creek and my schedule would let me go up there Monday. I was wondering if the water was all yucky from the recent monsoon rains because I don't really wanna make the journey up there if the river is super muddy and unpleasant for swimming. Ty for letting me know!

Edit: ok apparently oak Creek is closed :( is beaver Creek or fossil Creek good right now?

Are wills public record?

My mom passed a few years ago and my dad (the executor of her estate) never shared the will with me or my brother. Recently, my dad has been spending money erratically while threatening to without my brother and I's college fund from us for "not being right with God." I'm really concerned that he's spending money my mom saved for my brother and I's future on vanity projects while we struggle to get by. We are all New Mexico state citizens (me and my dad otero county, brother doña Ana county) and I am wondering if I can find public record of the will before confronting my dad or contacting a lawyer.

I hope my dad dies so my brother and I can stop living in poverty

R/confession removed my post and I was told to post it here. I just need to get this off my chest. Tldr: my brother and I are living in poverty while my dad is out buying fancy cars and properties

My mom passed away when I was 20, she was always willing to help me emotionally and financially when needed. She was truly a kind hearted, hardworking woman who deserved the world. My dad on the other hand, was a piece of shit. He never worked throughout my childhood, expecting my mom to provide everything for him and his stupid expensive muscle car collection. She was too Christian of a woman to divorce him despite him constantly treating her like shit, insulting her body in front of our family and using her for money.

While my mom was alive, she saved a significant sum of money for my brother and I to help get us on our feet after we turned 21. Well, she passed before that and my dad refuses to let us have any information about the accounts or even read her will. After getting laid off from my job back in February, I moved to be closer to my dad since he said he would help me get through this rough patch in my life, give me some money to help me get on my feet and finish college after delaying it for years after my mom died.

Welp, I moved in March, he hasn't given me a dime and I've been surviving on my savings alone. I was supposed to start being able to use my 529 find for student housing and classes starting in June since I'm back in college full time and he won't even let me have access to that without the contingency that I start going to church with him to "get right with God."

It's disgusting how he treats me and my brother, we live in poverty, skip meals, sit in darkness at apartments we cannot afford to avoid using electricity and barely survive trying to sell handmade goods and things online since the job market where we are has completely collapsed. While we starve, my dad goes out and buys himself cars and properties. This year he's purchased a Dodge Challener and spent over 100k purchasing and renovating a former fire station so he can have a man cave.

I can't wait until he dies. My brother and I will finally be able to afford a modest little home and not have to worry about affording food and basic essentials. Hes in his late 60s so I hope to God it happens soon.

So proud of my new tracksuit :')

Y'all, I just gotta brag about this tracksuit I made 💚 I spent nearly a week on it and all of it is self-patterned. I had this crazy idea that I wanted a track suit with corset-style lace up accents, top stitched sections that look like western-wear shirt accents and chaps as well as a cyber-goth color scheme.
