Hey all, with Bank reaching eos, I'm considering what to move up.

Firstly I'm trying to make sure I don't leave mons behind. I'll of course be checking the daycares. And I think the poke pelago can hold pokemon too? But is there anything else in these games I should be checking to make sure I don't leave a mon behind?

Secondly, what's your transfer strategy? Do you send just dex pokemon up? Your old teams? mystery gifts? What do you leave in the og games?
