What do med students use for taking notes and stuff.Do yall use laptop or ipad.Im still not enrolled to a uni im just asking what yall use and what u prefer and whats easier.i just got a laptop for uni purposes now im questioning if i made the correct desicion.

So i started gym like 8 months ago.but been to the gym for like 3 months consistently.i took months rest for like 3 months.others lets stay "rest day".either way if i had to summarize my journey for now it would be inconsistent.

My diet is very bad coming from a south asian background. I think i must have eaten 10g of protein per day😭which might be why im lagging behind.either way i gained 5 kg but i dont think most of thats muscle.i was skinny lean when i started gym at 58kg with a bit of fat.id say rn i must have gained 2kg muscle and 3kg fat looking like a skinny fat kid.probably because of my low protein intake.

Haven't been to the gym in 2 months and looking to start my journey again.This time with a consistent diet.im planning on 100g protein for now and calories 2700cal.with 4-5 days gym having legs,chest tri,arms,back bi,and a full body days.Also planning on taking creatine.

My questions are with a proper diet,gym consistency and progressive overload.whats a realistic time for me to hit my target weight of 75kg with muscle.i know itll take time to reach a lower BF% but im asking with these conditions for a fuller huge look how long would it take

When i press the right shift key my MBA shows the desktop.how do i change this shortcut.because i use the right shift key while typing.it doesnt happen when in fullscreen but still i need to change it.when i saw the settings it shows f11.but that doesnt happen and since f11 is volume up key it doesnt have any effect on showing the desktop.

Can we download adobe photoshop,illustrator,etc on an external ssd and run in it in the macbook.Such that the software files and everything will be in the external ssd.and only the app will run in the macbook

IMPORTANT:i will not be downloading the official version so will it still work.

If so how do i do it.

First could someone tell me how many exams are there for the whole period.cuz i heard its 12 for the whole thing and just wanted to confirm.

Second,are there huge breaks for summer and winter?cuz my friend goes to sapienza for bachelor in economics or something and said he had like about 6 months in total for the whole year.is this true for med students also.i think it was 2 months for winter and 3 for summer or something.

All i know is that med students have lectures 5 days a week from morning to evening.could yall tell me the times too.and if theres breaks in middle

My old laptops hard disk fried after playing games and downloading coding softawres so they downgraded it from windows 10 to 8.1(which sucks a*s)so nothing like that should happen.which means i need a durable one and one that wouldnt lag after few years.

I dont think ill be using premier pro more like capcut and stuff for vid edits and adobe stuff for posts and stuff.

As far as i know a processor with minimum: intel i5 12th gen or newer/i7/core ultra

I want to build a local hotel booking site for my country.what stuff would yall suggest i add and how do i structure it from development, marketing, gain customers, gain hotels?

Im trying to build a startup which allows people to book hotels,apartments,villas,etc in my country. My main problem is how do i get people to use my website and how do i get hotels onboard to join it. Cuz i live in a country where emails arent taken into consideration as much and if i were to direct meet with hotels it would take a lifetime to reach a lot of hotels. As a startup i feel like i cant wait for hotels to sign up to the website on their own cuz they dont wanna take the risk.
