Faalele traded!!

You’re telling me we could’ve gotten a late round pick for him and Harbs still decided to keep him on the ravens?

How to bulk.

I’m 6’2 and 172lbs. I’m about 15% body fat. I know I should wait to bulk until I’m less than 15%, but I’m feeling small and skinny and want to put on some mass. I’ve cut for the past year and a half. I’m down almost 50 pounds total. When I first started, I gained a lot of strength. Lately I’ve been maintaining my strength and I blame the deficit. I’ve gone through maintenance phases throughout this cut as well, so I know I can maintain.

My ultimate goal is to be able to bench 225. I currently bench 165. I do progressively overload my lifts.

My plan: eat at a 250 calorie surplus. Should be .5 lbs a week. I plan to do this for 30 weeks or until I gain 15lbs. During the bulk, I’ll eat 1g of protein per pound of weight. Might even bulk up a little longer to 190 before I start my next cut.

Am I on the right track here? Am I bulking at a good pace and duration? What would you change?

What are you paying for Tirz?

I’m not asking your monthly subscription cost. I’m trying to price out where has the best price for Tirz per mg. If you could please add the price you pay and the amount you receive, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I pay $515 for 60mg. This is $8.58/mg. I take 2mg a week, so this is a 30 week supply for me.

M/27/6’2[220>176=44lbs](1.5 years) Came a long way, with a long way to go!

Today is officially the 1.5 year mark of my lifestyle change. I haven’t shared my progress before, but I wanted to show what realistic progress can look like over time. In the first 6 months I lost most of the weight, going down to 185. In the past year I’ve very slowly creeped down to 176. I plan on cutting down to 170 and then bulking back up to 185. How did I do this?

I’ve tracked every calorie I’ve eaten in the past year and a half. Also I eat plenty of protein. I go to the gym and lift 5x a week. I started walking whenever I golf (which is a lot lol).

Full disclosure, no Testosterone, but I am taking Enclomiphene. Without it my testosterone levels were at 160ish. Now they are at 600ish(which still isn’t considered high). I do not feel this makes me “enhanced”, but I want to be completely honest. When I first started, I got discouraged by the people who would come on here and make insane progress within 6 months and not disclose their GLP1s or steroid use.

Most importantly, I feel so much better. I have way more energy. I used to have horrible knee pain that has gone away. I can easily climb around the floor to play with my kids. I feel much more confident. My wife is happy with my new found confidence and energy too!

I’m happy with my progress the past 1.5 years and I’m excited to see where I’m at in another 1.5 years!
