A dealer quoted me $500 to replace gearbox oil before bringing it in to determine what issue really is. Is that how much it really costs?

I was offered an extended warranty (not Mopar) by a dealer for 7 years, 100k miles for my 23 Willys 4xe for $4700, with a $200 deductible. I know the battery itself is covered beyond the basic warranty but was curious how this amount and term stacks up with other warranties. It’s by a company called Prosidium.
