The only best solution I have is simplify the personal income tax return form & just link with all the registered banks. People just can fill the form in their banking account via app or website. Why it’s so hard to implement this. sigh
If we are serious about winning 2027, CSK should start the process from right now. I guess MI would’ve already up & running with their backend team. The problem is our management is more alike same for all the leagues in MLC & SA20. Parthiv, DK & now Varun Aaron did a great job in scouting players for their IPL teams. I like the RR & RCB model of running like a pure corporate setup + mix of indian coaches. We had Sundar Raman but no idea about this season.
We lost this cycle on auction table itself. CSK had a terrible time handling SRH Kavya Maran, DC Kiran Kumar and PBKS Ness Wadia. If you look at the those auction table days, these 3 screw us more often by inflating the prices and just back off at the right time. Some owners just know when to paddle up and just come with an accurate picks . MI does this more often and RCB after Bobat - DK took over in the last cycle.
It so refreshing to see so many young individuals with various different backgrounds actually won this election. Some are actually well educated and having good speaking skills. I feel like the median age is somewhere bet 35-45.
But an immense responsibility & herculean tasks are awaiting to clean the mess.

We started the season with shitty bowling combinations but last 4-5 games our bowlers came back with superb spells. We don't even have world class or superstar bowlers in our team unlike in other teams. 6 games to go and I hope bowlers keeps the same spirit.
