I’m running a mesh based on 3 (2 wired backhaul) eero 6, they are all in bridge mode behind a firewalla gold router. As of this morning the network crashes constantly. It started this behavior- in retrospect - some time ago but only every now and then. Now it’s unusable. Any idea what I can do about it. I tried the usual stuff except factory reset.

Just upgraded to Gold and got a Purple SE to sell. I know how cumbersome it is for Europeans to actually get one directly. If someone is interested I do sell it for 180 EUR plus shipping. I ship (from Austria) only after I received the payout.

I’m a longtime user and plex pass owner still considering to switch over to UpnP. I favor the wireless capabilities over using Airplay or Chromecast, it’s also kind of non-proprietary, and can connect to some speakers directly (Sonos, Heos, some DTS Playfi) Testing Gerbera, mconnect player atm. Any objections? Will I miss out on something aside from a few nice features in Plexamp like the DJs?
do you block this port or disable relays in syncthing or do you trust sharing your IP with relay servers?
There’s a lot to love about it. Form factor, sound, output, pricing BUT navigation is horrible. I got endless lists of albums and I regularly fail to find the proper one because the list scrolls back and forth like mad. It seems the issue is with the size of the touch screen. Would be better to scroll with the wheel. Omg, such a UX fail. I don’t expect them or iterate over their OS and its affordances though. I’ll go with specific playlists for this device. Scrolling is its elk test.
Hey, quick question. My current one operates as router (for 3 eeros), once the new one is here do I just swap it physically and import the previous (home network) settings with the app. Is that how it works or do I miss an important step? I fear blocking of internet connectivity if missing anything … Thanks
Just got a Surfans F20 Pro. Aside from the tiny screen I can’t stream via Plex/Plexamp. It’s running Android 12. Seems this won’t work. Are there any other DAPs which successfully stream from a local Plex Media Server.
