Singing after being sick

Got a lung infection and severe fever, and my lungs were completely f up. I just escaped pneumonia, and after two months, I’m finally singing again. This is my favourite song to try ♥️

Monsoon diaries feat Govind Vasantha ( vellai pookal❤️)

It's impossible not to capture the best evenings, drenched in the moody hands of the monsoon. All shot on my Sony camcorder,📹 which captures less resolution with high emotions.❤️

I saw a dream ✨

After a long time, I dreamed of levitating and having no weight on my body at all and just flying through the air, just like in the dreams we often had as children. It was nostalgic, emotional, and filled with a comforting warmth. I held on to a few moments from that dream and brought them to life through this video. It was one of the most peaceful feelings I've ever experienced. ❤️

Feeling Miserable

I started working out again after a year of being completely sedentary. Before that, I was in pretty good shape, although my body type is skinny-fat.

It's been two weeks since I returned to the gym, and I feel extremely weak. The strange thing is that during the first week, all my push exercises felt good. I was using slow, controlled reps with proper form, and everything seemed fine.

However, during the second week, every push workout has been awful. I can't even incline dumbbell press 12 kg properly, and my shoulder press strength is even worse. I can't get anywhere near 15 reps; I usually hit failure around 6 reps.

Whenever I do pressing movements, my shoulders get sore very quickly, and I fatigue much faster than expected. Today was Push Day, and I started with an incline Smith machine/barbell press. I could only manage 5 kg per side for around 20 reps. When I increased it to 10 kg per side, I couldn't even complete 6 reps.

It's really frustrating and makes me feel miserable. On Pull Day, I perform much better and feel stronger. My Squats and RDLs also feel good, and I'm satisfied with my form and performance on those exercises.

. I'm wondering what I should do. Is it possible to build a good chest and shoulders without doing pressing exercises, or do I need to fix whatever is causing this weakness first?

Who is the old man ?

When he enters, everybody stops celebrating and boozing. Jaffer tells Vinay Forrt’s character that he snitched on Vasu Chettan two years earlier when two other policemen came. So who is he?

So I’m going to make a silent black-and-white short film with my old Sony HDR-CX130, which can only record in 1080 50p and 1080 50i interlaced formats, and it records in MTS. If I record with this, how can I smoothly convert the frame rate to 24 fps, or maybe lower frame rates like 12 or 14 fps? What is the easiest way to do the conversion?
