Magikarp Conundrum
Recently picked Pokémon Go back up, found my old Magikarp buddy and have been working hard to get the candies required to evolve him - in this case 360. However, today I picked up a much more powerful magikarp but at the usual 400 candy evolve.
Should I just evolve my buddy at 360 or hold out to evolve the more powerful at 400?

Potential for HS2 to Manchester again?
With it looking likely that Andy Burnham may end up as Prime Minister by the end of the summer, do we know how that will impact HS2? He’s always been very vocal about bringing it to Manchester but is this still even possible?
