Womanhood is looking back at older pictures and thinking how good/thin/happy you looked back then and the cycle never stops

Whenever there's a chance to go through galleries, I see my pictures that I never posted, because I never thought of myself as pretty or beautiful. But looking back chai Testo naramri Pani ta thyena hou ma jasto lagxa. I used to actively avoid camera because all I could see was my flaws. Ani vako euta duita photo herdai regret hunxa ki why didn't I take more photos.

Aile ta I take photos whenever ramro aos naaos, but I still don't see myself as somebody pretty. it's sad seeing almost everyone I know who's beautiful to me, not acknowledge their own worth and beauty. Tara ma tyo afnai life ma apply garna sakiraxaina, what can I even do.....

why people willing consume lifestyles that make them dissatisfied with their own??

I see many of my friends and cousins following and keeping up with rich Nepali/Non-Nepali influencers and the life they post on social media and talking about where they went and what they had for breakfast/dinner/lunch. Their outfits and relationships.

And oftentimes look at it like a sort of envy or fomo. Often saying oh to be that rich. They grow these resentment towards their own life as if they don't have enough of anything. Always wanting to be somewhere nicer.

Not gonna say I'm anything different. I too would love to have what those people have but I can't and that's the reality. Why go on and look at these people's life as a spectacle of what you've been missing? If it makes you feel good or genuinely like looking at others people's lives then carry on but if it only makes you feel miserable about your own life why do you want to do that to yourself.

What I posted Vs what I got

Kaha baitha hu kissey baat Kar raha hu kya baat Kar raha hu...... The ability to circle any post and conversation back to sex is truly amazing.

Disappointed but not surprised.

Somebody get these BEGGARS out of here!!!

Feminist = manhater kasari vayo?

Today I was talking how a mildly annoying woman Will be treated worse than a man with serious crime allegations. (Example: Srinkhala khatiwada, Nirmal purja) And anything that a collective of woman has loved Will be made fun of.

Ani I was asked if I was a feminist ani I said yes. My colleague was asked the same but she said "na supporter of woman nor man".....ahh you mean feminist?

People think being feminist is giving preference to woman or outright hating a man.

That made me so sad.

If you asked my college friends, they'd say I've grown more confident, outgoing. But if you ask my school friends, they'd tell you I've gotten my spark back.

There's nothing great going on in life but I feel so happy. And at peace with myself. No more constant feeling of I need to be better or I CAN be better. I think I've learned to just...be.

A liberating feeling that nothing is that serious and everything shall pass, even the maturest humans are immature. Even the godly humans are flawed. Even the parents are childish. Even the kindest can be cruel but all of that is human. Life goes on.

Simply I just don't care. Not in a dismissive way but in a irrelevant way.

The pathetic feeling of the need to be understood.

(youngest daughter core)

Why do i look at everything from everybody else's perspective but nobody has patience nor interest to look through mine!? Either it's dismissed as non important or as conflict of interest. Nobody tries to understand what I'm going through, they just see I'm agitated, irrigated and assume that's just how I chose to behave.

I'm too aware of myself, my thoughts and too aware of people and their behaviour, probably more than themselves. And I long for someone who understands me like I do but alas that's too far fetched dream. So I've decided I don't want to be understood.

It's more like nobody Will anyways so why even bother. But yeah I hate this pathetic feeling of the need to be understood.

I'm painfully aware of myself and of people and their behaviour as well, probably more than themselves. And I long for someone who understands me like I do but alas that's an impossible dream. So I've decided I don't want to be understood.

There's nothing I hate more than incompetent people with a victim mindset

(targeted to a specific person)

The nerve to lack a basic skill of your work requirement and acting like the victim of system is baffling to me. Like bro, the system is the victim of you. All I'm asking you to do is bare minimum but apparently that's just too much for you. And you tell 100 people how difficult it is before you can finish one task. I love complaining too but this much???? Give me a fucking break man. Take a fucking responsibility. Atp I'm scared of your future for you broo get your shit together. At least try to act like you're doing a job.

One of my fears came true today

A guy with microphone and his camera man approached me with the most absurd thing.

Storytime guys:

I was with my friends ani we were laughing about something ani a random guy handed me a card ani malai layo mehendi launey wala ko card hola vanera maile instinctively samatey Pani. Ani tyo card ma chai "if you smile, give me a hug" vanera lekhya thyo.....

Ani I looked up he had a microphone ani a guy recording on phone. ek ta lekhekai galat padhechu Suru ma I thought it said "smile or give me a hug" ani maile smile gardey 😭😭 because it didn't make sense any other way.

I read it again. Ani balla tf vaira . Ani maile multiple time sorry I can't Vaney. But he keeps insisting saying smile ni dinu vo vandai. Ma ta kasto absurd layo yo whole situation and I didn't know how to react other than just laughing at the situation tyo Bela.

Kasto violated feel vayo. Being put on a spot like that. Aile ayera risuthexa ani consent vaneko k ho vanera tei camera sikaunu parney raicha vaxa.

Baru interview garnu, trivia sodhnu ni...tf was even that.

You'll never really know how someone perceives you

I love cats and I always attract cats, most of the time. Ani me and my friends were at a restaurant and they had a cat ani I pspsd and she sat with us. I was petting her. Ani my friend says, they say cats are attracted to evil energy. 😭Bruh I thought I attracted cats in a whimsical way not evil way. Anyways idk I was so offended by that.

Well damn while I thought I was being whimsical, my friend probably thought I had some negative energy going on. Crazy.

Conditional love

Being a kid and all your worth being decided on academics and how 'good' you behave has messed up with my brain. ('Good' being donot talk back, do not question, only say yes to everything). Excel studies, you'll get this, do a good job, here's a reward, got 2 marks less than before, so disappointed in you.

Being a young adult and feels like doing everything right and not being rewarded by life while seeing people I've surpassed academically and professionally getting everything they want, has me questioning myself;what am I doing wrong?

But I'm doing nothing wrong. It's just how life is. But I still can't help but wonder because that's how my brain has been wired all along. It has affected my ability to get into any type of relationships. Unfortunately, all I know is conditional love and conditional love is all I can give.

Sathi banauna sajilo but it's hard to keep that friendship

I feel like yo gen z generation including me doesn't know how to keep a friendship. Sano ma Huda birthdays and Aru celebration ma sathi haru Saab Lai bolainthyo and everyone used to come no matter what. But seems like everyone is busy in their own life and they'd rather be comfortable in their own schedules than make some little time for the ones that they love or who loves them.

I can't blame anyone either because I get it. Tei Pani y'all should reach out to friends hangouts KO lagi matra haina to know about what they're doing in life, what's bothering them and all.

At what point does being empathetic starts hurting yourself?

Empathy is what makes us human. Putting yourself in other's shoe, seeing where they come from and why they react the way that they do. Being empathetic to the point that you start crying when you see others cry.

Being so empathetic that you just can't hold a grudge against anyone who said something bad about you or who did you dirty. Maybe they had a bad day, maybe they had rough childhood. Why do you justify their actions while invalidating you own feelings?

Boundaries were crossed. Feelings were not put into consideration. When does looking from their point of view start to become self neglect? Having compassion for everyone else but yourself? Is that much empathy even good for you?

"Mero maan ma kei naramro xaina only mero mukh matra chucho ho"

"satya tito hunxa"

"ma ta yestai ho"

"j ho tei ta vaneko"

Yesto vanney manxey haru have these condescending tone as if they're better than those who say things behind others back. But the gag is, this is more about the words rather than the action. Like you're saying the same thing, only to their faces. That is nowhere near better.

What do you gain from saying hurtful things to people who are closer to you? There's a difference between a constructive criticism and being honest. But Being cruel with your words doesn't automatically mean honesty, it's called being a bully. Not every thought has to be said.

There's a line in the movie Bambi, "if you can't say anything nice, then don't say anything at all." Ramro Vanna sakdainau vaney naramro Pani navana.
