Best B!Chrom Build?

It's been a while since I've last played and I'm not sure what are the latest meta skills. What would you change in this build?

(B is supposed to be Potent Finish but it's not on the builder I used)

Tips for building a linguistics deck?

Hi, I finished my undergraduate studies in syntax and want to make a deck for review + deeper dives into graduate level texts and papers.

I'm a bit afraid of how deep of a hole deckbuilding can be and am wondering if anyone has advice on keeping time investment at the minimum while still making quality cards.

I've also heard that Polar Bookshelf used to be a thing for converting PDFs into cards, but it's been gone for a while. Is there anything you would recommend at the moment?

In the meantime I think I will focus on reading my notes and practicing trees 🌳

Deadly 280N crash last Friday/Saturday midnight?

I was driving home ~1am last Saturday when I came across an accident on 280N right in front of the 880 entrance (by Santana Row). Half of the lanes were blocked off by red lights and firetrucks, and as I got closer, I saw a silver car with its driver (and possibly passenger) doors torn apart. The driver's side was burnt to a crisp, and there were no longer signs of a victim or ambulance by the time I was there. Based on the damage to the car, I could only assume that they did not survive :(

Did anyone else see this? I can't seem to find any news articles or info on radar apps.

I'm a college student who has only started commuting last year, and accidents always make me quite glum and cynical toward car-centric infrastructure. I'm on 280 every weekday and still remember my first rainy season last year; almost all of my rainy drives home somehow came with witnessing an accident. I've been thinking about this crash from time to time and wonder if anyone here knows about it/has more details.

Is a career pivot to convention artist a sustainable plan?

I'm a visual development student in California and am very much burnt out by job prospects and the grueling workload the industry demands. It often feels like the hard work my peers and I put in are fruitless endeavors that have stopped meaning anything (not even to ourselves anymore), and it fills us with dread. I'm starting to accept that I am not a workhorse, and the idea of instability and demanding hours being a constant in the industry makes me anxious.

Part of me wonders if transitioning to working as an art school teacher + convention artist is a more sustainable choice. Do you see conventions as a viable/stable source of income, especially considering people may value handmade/creative material goods more and more? Or would you say that it is an oversaturated market?

Pain below left rib + occasional chest pain

Pain below left rib + occasional chest pain

I (22AFAB) have had on-and-off daily pain below my left rib for almost 2 months. It's a dull pain and pressure that seems to briefly go away the moment I press/massage the area. It's the most apparent when I lie down; laying on my back and especially on my left side creates the most discomfort. I also once experienced a sharp pain that was a wider range than usual when I got up with a full bladder.

I also occasionally experience chest pain, but I'm not sure if it its related to heartburn, muscle soreness, or something else.

Some possibilities I can think of: my bladder is having a problem, an organ is bloating, an organ is inflammed or has an ulcer, I have IBS, or I have GERD

=====

Extra context and diagnoses:

\- I have been sedentary as of late and rarely leave the house

\- I have a horrible diet, usually eating one meal a day (dinner) where I'm force fed to my physical limit almost every day (due to guilt tripping from my family/pressure to overstuff myself)

\- I'm overweight and also have PCOS, so sometimes I get so exhausted from overeating that I fall asleep in the middle of dinner or right after the meal

\- I have bowel movement daily but have diarrhea 2-4 times/week (why I suspect IBS)

\- My ribcage is also abnormally larger on the left side, and I wonder if that affects my organs

\- I have severe insomnia/anxiety and a very stressful relationship with sleep. I recently went back to taking trazodone, but things like melatonin pills, magnesium glycinate, and l-theanine do nothing to me

\- I usually stay up until 6-8 am or do all-nighters because I'm afraid of trying to sleep, which I'm sure has completely messed up my circadian rhythm and organ functions. I do about 30 all-nighters per year and sometimes double all-nighters

Lack of sleep makes me paranoid and depressed. I keep feeling dread when I'm in bed and think I'm going to die of cancer or some horrible disease soon. This pain on my left side is making me unreasonably fearful.

=====

Any pointers to where and how I should seek help is greatly appreciated though!! This was a lot of words, thank you so much for your time and help ❤️

Optimal build on AP Ezreal?

I'm seeing people go for manamune into gunblade > lich bane, but i've also seen people skip the tear/replace tear with a lost chapter item/skip gunblade. What do you think is the ideal build?

I'm also not sure if whether electrocute or first strike is the stronger option. I like the idea of electrocute burst, but I wouldn't know what to run secondary (maybe inspiration for JOAT?)

Hi, I'm considering taking an advanced Japanese course next school year, but I'm not too sure whether JPN 101A or 101B would be right for me.

I saw that the intermediate classes (JPN 25A/25B) cover Genki II. May I ask what material 101A covers past that and how much farther 101B goes from there? Is class in Japanese and are students expected to converse in Japanese?
