Once you purchase travel add ons do you need to active them?

Do I just cross the border and keep my phone on and it will automatically work? Do I need to turn on/off or activate something specific?

Do I need to purchase texts in the travel add on if my plan is unlimited texts?

I live in quebec and I’m going on vacation nyc soon I’m trying to purchase a travel add on for data and maybe calls. It’s asking me if I want texts but I don’t know? If I don’t purchase any does that mean my texts won’t go through when I’m there?

Where did you buy your sturdiest umbrella that survive’s MTL’s wind?

I have tried every shape of umbrella. Ones from jean coutu, uniqlo, pharmaprix etc I mean you name it. Nothing survives once it rains and there’s strong winds at the same time. Where did you get your umbrella that survives montreal weather? As in I can walk and the umbrella stays on top of my head.

Is it better to return a study or have the person reject it?

I received a message about a study I was screened out of and the person is telling me to return the study (idk how?) instead of having it rejected. I was screened out after the first question it wasn’t my fault or anything so should I return the study to not have my account disabled? If so how do I do that? I’m new and only started last week I already have 1 rejection but the researcher never responded to me as to me (it had 3 tasks and I accomplished all 3, turned on my camera and mic and everything).

EDIT: I just want to clarify this is my worker ID, not physical ID.

I just signed up to prolific and was happy to be accepted and already have a study I’m qualified to take. The first screen told me to copy my ID since I will be asked to provide it. Once I got to the first question they asked for my ID and it kept saying invalid even when I typed it out manually. I ended up having to cancel the study which I’m afraid will negatively impact my account in the future. Is my ID failing because my account is so new? Has anyone had the same issue?
