I received a hydrofacial this morning and they recommended a chemical peel to treat a few acne scars I had. As soon as the chemical peel started I experienced great pain and was actively flinching. the aesthetician informed me that normally it takes five applications for the skin to crust but my skin crusted immediately and yet she continued with the peel….

I have included my conversation with her and a selfie I took immediately after because you can see my skin was red but I didn’t have any kind of spots and now i have many red rough spots/patches and my face burns, an hour after the peel I was shocked to see what my face looked like

is this normal? has anyone else experienced this with the VI chemical peel???

i sized down half a size but the heel is not flush to my foot but is that okay? def feels much more stable my street size is 8.5 and this is a half size smaller, an 8 is this a good fit for salsa dancing ?

I’ve taken salsa and bachata for a few months and wanted to get a higher heel than my character shoes but I’m uncertain how my ballroom heels should fit. My toes are on the edge (i’m sorry ik i desperately need a pedicure) but there’s a decent gap by my heel… would greatly appreciate opinions/thoughts
