Conversion balance: Dealing with multiple private loans and funding sources

Basically setting up Xero for a friends business:

They have multiple accounts receivable and accounts payable to private individuals from years before conversion date. 2026 is the where I'm starting in the software.

Example: John put 50k into the business 5 years ago, I need to pay john back.

I set up a special account code for private loans, but if i owe money to john, david and joe, do I enter them as bills?

We should have the ability to vote via smartphone

Based on what recently happened in La, one side accusing the other of ballot harvesting homeless people, The accusation is people on skid Row and other homeless areas were paid $2 to $3 to vote via mail in ballot.

Basically the non-profits having a built-in voter base to get their candidate or issues passed and gaming the system.

I don't know if it's true or not but if my driver's license can be on my smartphone and my credit card can be on my smartphone then we should be able to vote via our smartphone.

We should have 100% voter turn out, and actually be given a tax rebate of like $5 or something when we do our taxes. I do agree that you need to be a US citizen to vote.

If someone is opposing this then we don't want a true democracy. Any barrier to voting, allows both sides or people with a lot of money to game the system.
