I recently moved from Philly where I have been doing Solidcore for about a year. I absolutely loved the coaches and the community there. Since moving to nyc I just haven’t found my footing yet when it comes to the coaches

I can get to Chelsea, Upper West Side, and Greenwich Village, does anyone have any coaches that they love? I’m definitely a coach follower so I’m just trying to find ones that I can start plopping myself into their classes regularly

Did an Advanced50 class today and, to my horror, discovered that there are coaches who will in fact murder you by making everything be on the grey side. Stay safe out there everyone

I emailed on Monday about cancelling my membership and starting a membership in the state I’m moving to but have yet to hear a peep back. My membership is set to renew on the 15th and I’m really trying to get this all done so that I can just have a smooth transition once I move next month

Anyone with medical knowledge know if I can do Solidcore with mild paronychia on a finger? It’s being treated and I have it covered, and as far as I can find it’s not contagious. I just really want to go to a class tonight and was hoping it’d be able to just modify by not doing any elevated core/obliques but wanted to check. Of course I thought about this question after I left the doctors so I didn’t think to ask there
