Worst size inconsistencies I've ever seen. Beware

For anyone wondering if this is still an issue (I'm seeing posts about this from YEARS ago), yes - beware.

For reference, I am a Large in all t-shirts, dress-shirts, polos, etc. I ordered a linen long sleeve button up in a Large. The referenced size chart was pretty standard for my measurements.

What arrived was not the least bit correct. I was not able to be button up all the way without risking the integrity of the garment. It was AT LEAST a FULL size too small.

I exchanged for one size up thinking it would fit better. The XL that arrived was extremely baggy in every single possible area. Now AT LEAST a FULL size too large over stated measurements.

Two attempts to order, both results wildly off from their stated size measurements. Fabric quality might be good but it seems to end there.

Larrick is the worst part about season 2.

I legitimately can’t believe the plot around this character. I’ve tried searching this sub about this but mysteriously I only find praise for him.

He comes across as such a Gary Stu that it’s taking me out of the show entirely. He just happened to have the skills to trace someone through phone lines like that? And to identify Kate after George? Then somehow latch onto Jared? And magically pick up his signal to the train station? And then magically again find him in the gold damn wilderness in upstate New York?

And what was that nonsense in the last episode? He finds Elizabeth while already having found Jared, and then we mystically find him back in town ambushing Phil and then back to Jared?

This is so unbelievably written in actually laughed.

What’s up with TOS not filling covered call rolls toward the end of the day?

I typically roll out and up for a premium and I’ve noticed that I’ve had stock regularly called away because my valid orders are sitting as active and not being fulfilled despite the diagonal spread price being at or OVER current market. (Meaning I am accepting a lower mark than current market rate)

I just had this happen again no matter how low of a premium I was willing to accept. Do I have any recourse against TOS in these situations?

Lots of big news today, but I'd like to discuss how management approached today's earnings release.

Initially it seemed like we were getting tons of great news, but the way they decided to treat the earnings report has me in a pretty sour mood. I trust management less now than I did before.

They proceeded to drop all the positive news they could think of while delaying the actual earnings report, with people still looking for it at the start of the call an hour after market close. When you look at the report, you can see why. It's a massive miss on top and bottom - the second quarter in a row.

Now, you may say: Is this actually a big deal for the performance of the company? Maybe not, after all, IREN is undergoing a shift and they are in the middle of executing it. It was always a long-term play. However, the numbers themselves aren't the core issue - it is the fact that they decided to delay them as long as possible to pump the price up (27% up initially at news release), only to knowingly crash it back down with their negative earnings.

Investors have been taken advantage of, and this is making me think twice about trusting the people running this show. I sold a portion of my holding before earnings, and now I'm not sure if I should buy back in at all. If they're willing to jerk any of us around like this, I'm sure they're willing to do much more shady things as well. Today was a pure scumbag move.

Ultimately people may point back to NVDA partnership as the real thing we should pay attention to - and it is - but please realize it's not a gimmie. NVDA has made no investment into IREN and it is all still on IREN to execute.

How do you all feel about it?

The Costco packs that contain half Coconut bars have been a staple for me for years.

I recently finally restocked after not eating them for a month or two while trying different flavors from their site. I don't know if it's possible for Costco to have "bad" batches or boxes, but something is severely off with the flavor.

There's now a nasty soap/rancid undertone or aftertaste to the coconut flavor. Is this the new flavor or has anyone else noticed this? Are all Coconut bars like this now or did I just get some scuffed box?
