Question about one of Olivia's skill sets in later seasons [SPOILERS]

(I'm on the 3rd season, very much enjoying it bar a couple of mild cringe moments that were more bad writing than story or acting.)

SPOILERS AHEAD - But I had a question about Olivia's abilities to see people and things from the other side - she spotted Peter fairly early, but then that ability just seemed to vanish and never used again. Why isn't she able to see shapeshifters and other objects in later episodes? Did I miss an explanation somewhere? I admit I have cooked a couple dinners while watching and may have missed something important ...

Anyone see one of Kackis' recent posts about the update?

Seriously, this guy has been really fun to watch lately - he gets so excited about what is shaping up to be a pretty cool update, gleeful at every weapon update, copium conspiracy giggling at every '3' he could find in the dev notes.... Kinda heartening to watch....

I swear, I almost want to see Bungie devs drop a note saying Red War and Forsaken were going to be part of the June 9 drop just to see his head literally open up at the top, and rainbows, kittens, and unicorns come flying out.

Sources for replacement tiles question.

I'm looking to add to my old Piroxloid 144 tile set from the 1920s with matching tiles that I can add stickered jokers and blanks to (the only players I know play American/National).

Are there trusted sites out there with buying loose tiles? I know eBay is possible, but I also found the below but have no experience in this kind of searching and if this company is valid:

Thanks for any advice!

Specific story theme hunt - broken, removed, separated humanity?

Are there any books that carry the theme of humanity as a whole just being broken in some fundamental way? The human race broken and unaligned with the rest of the universe, be it chemically, laws-of-physics, quantum-ly, mentally, just completely aschew with everything else in existence.

Not necessarily in a violent or overly dramatic fashion (although it could if that's the way the story goes), but in any way that isolates us from the universe and prevents us from any deep connection with anything else. Maybe from something that everything else in existence doesn't suffer from. A way that could explain the chaos or failure that inevitably follows humanity around everything it does. That broken aspect. Humanity looking in from the outside, realizing it is broken.

It could be any story format or style - from aliens just staying away from earth because of bad vibes or pity, knowing we are damaged goods in some primal way, to dimensional shifting preventing us from connecting to reality, to mental or 'spiritual' (but not religious) ways.

Just curious - it was a weird shower thought thinking I've not read anything like that and it sounded promising.

I hope the link below will work for the image reference. But I've just started to play a couple weeks ago and a family member gave me a tile set that is at least 50 yrs old. I had a couple questions about it.

https://ibb.co/hncNK9T

1 - there are no blanks or wild card tiles - does that signify a specific type of mahjong or region these came from? It would be cool to know their history.

2 - there's all these little white strips in the box with various dot numbers on them. No idea what those are and their use.

I've only played American style with the 4 blanks and wild cards so this is interesting and I'm wondering if they are usable - and if so, following what kinds of rules....

Thanks in advance for any advice!
