Ep 714 - The Ozark Thumper - Coward, South Carolina

This week in Coward, South Carolina, a divorced couple can't seem to stop fighting with the wife constantly stalking the ex-husband and even severely beating him with a large stick that's used to check a large truck's tire pressure. When this man disappears, everyone assumes that his ex had something to do with it, but it seems like it may be a "no body, no crime" situation. Until one day when a man recovers when he thinks is a pumpkin wrapped in a towel.

Maternal Instincts - Doc/Pods Recommendations

I thought there was a megathread but I think it got removed. My favorite part about this sub is that someone will always have a better doc or podcast rec in the comments. But since there are dozens of posts, it's kind of hard to sort though for those golden comments, so I thought I would make a thread to share other sources for everyone who is surely looking for more info!

So far I've got a podcast:

https://open.spotify.com/episode/6NEb2jyf09ChDnmpJ2yYUS?si=ZQXrB8dcSSelJ\_kLUzuOQg

And an EWU video of her interrogation which really highlights what a difficult environment the detectives were working against trying to do this at the hospital. The background noise is crazy, I don't know how they did it:

Tyra Banks is suing Netflix over the America's Next Top Model Documentary

This is so embarrassing. People thought she had produced this doc because of how easy it went on her.

Do you think this will go anywhere? She must have an attorney taking her money and telling her it will to have done this, but on what grounds? The reindeer baby lady also sued, but that is still pending, has someone been successful before?

It'll be interesting if Netflix has to release some raw footage.
