This week in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, when a man starts bragging to his friends that he committed a terrible murder, the friends don't quite believe him until he brings them to the body of a beloved local woman who used to babysit the killer. Those friends tell police and detectives walk into an awful scene, with strange weapons used for the killing. Finally, the killer tells a cell mate what his true intentions were, which may be more disturbing than the actual murder!

Who will survive? And who will admit to what are major questions?

That is, until a detective's chance meeting with a witness, who was 9 years old when the murder happened. She says she saw one of the suspects performing some kind of ritual with black candles and apologies to the dead. There ends up being more than one trial, bringing the case to a close. This week in Parsons, Tennessee, a man walks into a house to discover his baby niece crying in the crib and his brother butchered in bed. His brother's wife is missing, sending police on a mission to find her, not knowing if she's in danger or if she's the killer. It turns out to be something much crazier, resembling a Coen Brothers film with its pure strangeness. A wild, cold blooded scheme, fueled by "a straw full of crank" and played out for a very odd reason.

You know what, James isn't allowed to reference the Coen brothers. I can't think of a single movie of theirs I've heard him say he actually likes besides Raising Arizona.

This week in Spring Brook, Wisconsin, nothing is as it seems when a young woman stumbles up to a farmhouse door with a word carved into her arm. She has a terrible story to tell of barely getting away with her life. She says that she turned the tables on her would be killer after being attacked in her car on a lonely farm road. The problem is, none of this turns out to be true, leaving detectives a twisted mystery to unravel with shocking results!

This week in Victor, West Virginia, a wild story unfolds after a couple is found completely burned in a house fire. Police quickly realize that the couple had already been murdered when the fire was set, but would could've done this in such a rural area? Luckily, the killers told just about everyone they knew about it, including friends and wives, one of which turns out to be unhappy in her marriage. This all leads to a trio of idiots who have more meth than sense and let their paranoia get the best of them!

This week in Naples, Florida, we go behind the curtain of a rich family with some grown children who just seem to want to waste the whole fortune. But when this family are victims of a massive explosion that causes carnage and chaos, there are a lot of theories. Maybe someone was mad at the drug addicted, fast car racing son? Maybe they were targeted by jealous people? Maybe it was someone with a lot to gain from these people being blown to bits. A wild mystery!

Detectives believe he dismembered a woman in a hotel room, but they also had good reason to believe that he may be a serial killer, even throwing the Scott Peterson case temporarily out of whack!

This week in Depew, Oklahoma, a scary situation develops after a strange relationship goes sour between a married woman and a mystery man who rode a bicycle into town. The killer refuses to give up, wanting to kill even more. But a brave teenager who refused to be killed leads to his ultimate downfall. Only one question remains, "Will he get the death penalty?"

In the end, we have no idea if this killer's sister put him up to it, or even if she tried to have another husband killed. What we do know is that doesn't seem to be a family that you'd want to marry into!

After one of the residents is killer in her trailer, a bumbling and inept initial investigation ruins key evidence and almost screws up the whole case. Luckily, the disturbed newcomer has a sordid and horrible tale to tell!
