Skip Lofoten? Need logistics advice

Hi everyone! I’ll be doing a 5-day Norway trip this August with my mom, mainly the classic Oslo–Bergen route. I was thinking of squeezing in Lofoten, but I’m worried it might be too tiring for her.

Current itinerary:
Day 1: Oslo → Voss
Day 2: Flåm & Aurland (zipline + biking)
Day 3: Flam → Bergen (fast ferry)
Day 4: Bergen (→ Bodo then ferry to Lofoten?)
Day 5: Fly home (currently booked from Bergen, but I’m willing to change it to Bodø if that makes more sense).

Would it be feasible to fly to Bodø/Lofoten on Day 4, explore a bit, then fly home the next day on the evening ? Or is it not worth it? We’d appreciate any advice. Thank you!

Bpi Plat (rewards or amore)?

Bpi offered me cc without docs and I decided to go with these 2. Since annual fee is free for first year, I’ve decided to test the 2 out. I have an existing cc with EW, I would say I’m responsible spender.

I only travel 1-2 international flights and 1 local, annually.

I spend heavily on groceries, utilities, and online shopping.

Also, how long does it take if I just got the cc and request for cl increase? Since the cl limit will be shared, I think I did a wrong move with choosing 2 cards. I’ll be traveling overseas for 2 months, so I’m kinda regretting getting the Amore?

Not exactly sure which one to keep in the long run. If anyone has been on the same pickle, I would really appreciate your feedback! :)

Approved Schengen Visa (ME) as a freelancer (2 months stay)

Ang bilis ng German embassy! Applied this June 1 received it on June 5! I was granted 2 months instead of the 1 and a half month I requested. :)

I applied for a visit visa, my bf is half filipino and his dad is inviting me to Germany. We’re both living in PH and we will be flying together. :) His dad was not able to provide a Verpflichtungserklärung; he’s been waiting for more than 2 months to get an appointment for one but no response from the embassy until today. Since we have already booked our tickets and our time’s running out, we just explained why can’t provide it in the cover letter. The dad also provided a letter stating that he will be shouldering any expenses incase anything happens.

I don’t have an ITR since I’m still in the process of doing so (I’ve also explained this in the letter).

Papers I’ve provided for proof of ties:
(27F)
-Land and condo title under my name
-Registered car under my name
-Credit card statement
-Bank Statements (6 months, around 550k total)
-Pay slips from freelance and earnings from bnb business
-Photos with my bf
-Travel Insurance
-Flight tickets

I hope this could help for anyone na hindi makabook ng appointment for Verpflichtungserklärung!

Root rot?

Hi!

This Queen Anthurium sits beside a really bright filtered window and has been slowly recovering. It’s currently in a non-draining pot because it really didn’t seem to like the draining setup it was in before. Ever since switching, it’s been doing a lot better but now there’s some bruising on this new leaf.

Just wondering if that bruising due to root rot? Current mix is leca, pon, a little bit of spagnum moss and some orchid bark just at the top. Water it rarely since I live in a pretty humid area. The smol bruised leaf behind (right) is an old leaf.
