Amazon has been my ultimate goal since I graduated. I’ve had my eyes on this company for years, but the timing was never right until now. After five grueling months of job hunting, hundreds of applications, and constant rejections, I finally got the call, and from my dream company, no less.
The stakes feel massive, and it’s getting to me. I know the Amazon interview style is notoriously intense. I’ve prepared 5 solid stories using the STAR method, but every time I try to rehearse, I just... blank.
I know I’m good at my job. I have the results to prove it. But for some reason, my imposter syndrome goes into overdrive the second I’m in a room with people more experienced than me. It feels like I’m going to be "found out" at any moment.
Does anyone have any last-minute advice on how to stay calm, stop the "blanking," or handle the pressure of the Leadership Principles? I want this so badly, and I’m terrified I’m going to get in my own way.
