HEIF+ 12MP photos are much darker than MAX24 in NoFusion. Why?

When I shoot in HEIF+ at the normal 12MP setting with MAX disabled, the resulting photo is noticeably darker.

If I enable MAX24 and take the exact same shot, the image comes out significantly brighter.

I'm using the same scene and haven't changed any other settings.

Does anyone know why this happens? Is this expected behavior or possibly a bug?

PS: I previously used an iPhone 14 Pro, where 12MP was basically the standard resolution, but now that I'm using an iPhone 18 Pro, 24MP is the standard, which is why I wanted to switch to 24MP.

Apple Shortcut: Attach a screenshot to a TickTick task?

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to create an Apple Shortcut on iOS that does the following:

  1. Takes a screenshot
  2. Creates a new task in TickTick
  3. Adds the screenshot to the task description (as an attachment)

I know that when creating a task manually in TickTick, it’s possible to paste or attach screenshots without any issue.

However, when I pass the screenshot from Apple Shortcuts into the TickTick Add Task action, the task is created successfully, but the description only contains the word “Image” instead of the actual screenshot.

Has anyone figured out a way to make this work? Is this a limitation of TickTick’s Shortcuts integration, or am I missing something?

I’ve attached a screenshot of my current Shortcut setup for reference.

Photos much darker than the preview

I’ve been using this great app since February this year and have really loved it so far. But over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that the photos are coming out much darker / more underexposed.

Was it always like this?

I’ll attach two photos. The first one is the final result and the second one is a screenshot of the preview.

I shoot in HEIF+ only with:
- Sharpness: Low
- Latitude: Mid
- Saturation: High
- ProRAW Pipeline

Has anyone else noticed this as well?

How does LifeLoad logging works?

Before the Zepp update, you could only choose between, I think, six different life load criteria, like:
- alcohol
- travel
- high mental stress

You could only log it once on the next day. For example, I knew that if I had bad sleep because I drank alcohol the previous day, I would just log alcohol when I woke up.

With the new update, you can log many different criteria, and you can also log them multiple times a day with a timestamp. How does the new life load work?

For example, if I’m having coffee, do I log the coffee at the time I’m drinking it, or when should I log it?

For alcohol, let’s say I had alcohol last night. Do I log it today, or do I log it last night with the timestamp from the evening, let’s say 11 PM? Or do I log it when I wake up at 10 AM? It’s kinda confusing
