Found this ancient Ruger stock used at a gun shop for 45 bucks. I think it's gorgeous.

I took my 585 series Mini 14 to a local gunsmith and had him install a Choate flash hider. I didn't realize until I got home he didn't drill the barrel and pin it, just used a set screw. It was a super tight fit but is this actually going to hold?? I'm kinda ticked if not. The hider came with 2 pins.

I order an ATM stock in April and Ruger has been pushing me off every time I email asking for an update, staying their expected next month. Now today, finally some transparency, I got this. I love Ruger but the customer service I've received is lacking.

Added the Hannibal Rail to my 585 mini...looks pretty sweet. Still waiting on my Samson folder I ordered from Ruger in April 😡. Meanwhile I'll also be adding a Choate flash hider

Any opinions on this combo? I'm undecided...I like it but not sure if it truly matches.

Finally added a power reserve indicator to my collection. I like it!

I own over 40 watches but these are the only two I wear consistently. 42mm Hamilton and a 38mm (I think) Grand Seiko 9F.

Still waiting for my A-TM stock to arrive but I still think this is the coolest rifle. Added a barrel strut mostly for the look.
