I’ve downsized my collection a ton over the years, but I still kept some around. I wanted to share my finished display! My husband is so embarrassed by my Funkos so I wanted to share in a community that understands.
We are on day 3 of sleep training our ten month old. Last night was our third night.
We are doing the Ferber method.
Night one was the worst; it took baby two hours of crying to fall asleep. He probably would’ve fallen asleep quicker, but he didn’t know how to lay down.
Night two took him about ~15 minutes to settle and fall asleep. He woke up again a few hours later and took less than ~10 minutes to fall back asleep, then he was out for the rest of the night.
Night three was where it all seemed to go downhill. Baby started melting down at the start of his bedtime routine and wouldn’t stop until we put him in his crib. He did only ~10 minutes to settle and fall asleep, but like I said, fussed through his entire bedtime routine (so we hurried through it because he was getting so distressed).
Today when I brought him in there to get him dressed, he started breathing fast and panicking. It took him a little bit to get settled down, but he eventually got there and we played a bit.
Worried he is going to start associating his room with being abandoned and won’t want to go in there at all.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Is there anything we can do to help?
She kept moving closer to my face until I acknowledged her existence :(
She turns 6 today, so I gave her a special treat
I ordered these for my little guy, he absolutely loves them!
