I'm trying to download the mod(s) for a multiplayer server (just to make large buildings easier on myself) and ideally I wanted to get the mods from curseforge so I could simplify it into just the modpack I use with the simple voice chat mod.

I apologize if I seem too cowardly, but personally I was just too nervous about downloading the mod from github/modrinth, since I'm relatively new to the modded minecraft and I don't want to complicate my game or my laptop trying to pull from different files when I just want to play the game.

If not, would anyone be willing to link a step by step tutorial on how to download it via Curseforge only?

edit: did not realize curseforge was one of the literal worst options I could use considering it was the only one I ever saw floating around online. uh my bad guys, didn't realize I was this bad

Really quick question (that I wasn't sure where exactly to get answered since I didn't see any questions megathread) but if I originally played in vanilla minecraft on a multiplayer server, then I boot up curseforge and try to get back into that multiplayer server, would my stats/history be able to sync up on the modded version of minecraft?

I assume it's possible because my player id is still the same, but I don't want to restart over again just because I decided to reopen my game with one mod installed (which is just the voice chat mod)

So after a power bank of mine unfortunately got its circuitry broken from one fall (that I am still miffed about), I've been trying to look for a good quality one to replace it. Ideal price is $25 or lower (or somewhere close enough to that range), and the only qualifiers I'm looking for are just it can charge an iphone (preferably with a usb port, but I'm not picky on that) and it's fall resistant because I refuse to do this whole song and dance again for a portable charger that was supposed to last me at least a few years

long story short, downloaded thingsbook to get those free coins, made the posts as the mission asked, came back to the webtoon app and it said that I need to also allow tracking on thingsbook so they can check if I did it or not.

Problem is that thingsbook just...won't ask me for the verification. it won't ask me if it's allowed to track my usage in the app or not (and I don't know how to give it permission outright on my iphone), so I have no idea how I'm supposed to claim my rewards when the app I downloaded specifically for this literally can't confirm that I've done the mission. what gives? should I go to webtoon customer service for this?

I don't know if it's an issue with the cables I'm using because I don't know enough about cables, but for whatever reason my cuktech power bank hasn't been able to charge itself for the past few days. It was initially at 36%, but it just keeps going lower the longer I'm not able to charge it. When I put in a regular usb cable to charge my own phone, it doesn't work either.

If it helps, the usb-c cables I use are what I think are standard phone chargers for an apple phone, and the usb cord I use definitely worked before this.

If there's anything that I think was out of the ordinary, it's that I accidentally knocked the power bank to the floor once and it hit some tile, but it was from like couch armchair height, so I don't think it was anything to bad, but again I'm not a tech person.

I've already tried doing the "hard reset" and pushing the button for 10-20 seconds, but it still isn't working. The LED display showing the charge percent also sometimes flashed a "188" (or at least that's what I think it did) before showing the actual charge percent.

Asking for any advice possible, and praying that I did not just break my power bank over one accidental knock off.
