Recently I have been getting so conflicted between things to attend to first, that I begin to get dizzy and feeling sick.
Is this supposed to happen when overwhelmed by procrastination and deadlines nearing ? Is this a phase ? Any input ill be appreciated thank you.
I'm new here, doctor confirmed but refused meds, tier 3 city.

Bought 2021 G15 3070 8gb, its my first gaming laptop. Concerned about thermals. Help.
While playing GTA 5, temps always above 90, is this normal ?
UPDATE: I removed Armoury and installed GHelper, set CPU to Efficient Aggressive, slightly increased the fan speed. Now GPU isnt going above 80 and CPU maxxing at 90. Armoury crate was the culprit.
