Mechanical engineering 4th year, is it worth working towards an EE/CS minor?

For more context, I'm currently a senior at a really good engineering school. I enjoy CS so i started a minor but with how my classes ended up lining up, I wouldn't be able to get an eecs minor unless i take 6 class semesters, which I don't think is a good idea.

Thus, for any meche industry professionals, did any of you pursue a minor? Do you think it's worth it to try and go for one? Or is it kinda meaningless and minors dont really do anything for my cause? Do recruiters care when it comes to the mechanical engineering field?

I also have the option to complete an aerospace minor if anyone thinks that would be useful in the grand scheme of things.

Aero or EECS minor as a senior year meche?

I have a full semester free. If I take an aero minor it'd be 4 classes a semester, however if I take the eecs minor it'd be 5 classes a semester. Is it worth the eecs minor? I'm honestly not particularly good at CS. I don't really have an interest in EE but I like CS.

On the other hand, I'm not that interested in Aero but I have a free semester so might as well? I don't feel the need to graduate early anyways.

I was originally going to take the eecs minor but I ended up making a lot of mistakes which resulted in me not having enough time to. I still could if i took 5 classes a semester but I don't know it I could honestly do well in 5 techs, including heavy hitters like eecs 16a/b.

ie. this my schedule with an eecs minor:

MECENG 103 EECS 16B
MECENG 165 COMPSCI 160
MECENG 132 COMPSCI 169A
EECS 16A EECS C106A
MEC ENG 109 MECENG 102B

And this is my schedule with an aero minor:

MECENG 103 AEROENG C136
MECENG 165 Aeroeng 127
MECENG 132 MECENG 102B
MECENG 163 MEC ENG 109

Tablet recommendations after using intuos 3 6" x 11" ?

I'm mainly a hobbyist but I do draw commissions every now and then. I draw as often as I can given it's just a hobby.

I love the intuos 3 to death but its way too large and takes up too much space on my desk. I love the large active area but the bezels are insane. I've had this and the bamboo fun for almost 15 years and I feel it's time to upgrade. I was thinking about the intuos pro 2017 medium, but honestly I hate buying things second hand. I was thinking about grabbing the 2025 version, but I've seen mixed opinions on that as well.

I love the texture of the older wacom tablets as well, and to be frank i'm a little worried about the new ones and the textures on those as I've not been able to test them in person. I'm a diehard wacom fan so I don't want to really try other brands.

any suggestions?

[TOMT][MOVIE][2010s] Chinese comedy cartoon with real people's faces on the bodies?

I remember my parents had a subscription to Kylin TV around 2010-2013. I was watching a sketch comedy series on it but I can't quite remember anything from it. I vaguely think that the heads of the cartoon characters were the actors/comedians heads photoshopped on, and the comedy of it was very down to earth and situational.

The episode that I remember decently clearly was that a group of 4 or so office workers were working overtime or something, and they only had one pack of ramen between all of them. In the end they decide to split it and say something like "一碗面,四个兄弟“ or something to that effect.

[TOMT] [Commercial] [2010s] plastic kitchen playset that makes real food on disney/disney XD/nick/cartoon network

I remember vaguely wanting a toy from one of those ads in 2010-2015~

It was a plastic brightly colored playset and the pitch was that kids can make real food? It isn't playdoh nor is it easy bake oven. I remember it would air around the same time as the hot wheels and the hexbugs. I remember there should've been packets and all the tools that came alongside it. And it being one of those "4 payments of $19.99, we'll throw in a free ____!" type of deal.

Any help would be appreciated! I don't remember the ad being on for that long either. Like maybe it was on for about a year?

Recommendations for senior year mechanical engineering?

Hey!

Not sure if there are any seniors in meche lurking... I'm trying to pick up an eecs minor before i graduate. do yall think this is feasible or should i give up on it? Only one i've taken is 61A. I'm also not really willing to take summer classes for next summer or graduate 2027 fall and not take a core ME class to do so.

Thanks for any advice! I've taken all of my recs besides the ones listed.

I love Kaze as a romance option and wish he got more love!

When I learned I had one chapter to bring his support up to A or he dies, I grinded through his support in one chapter. But his A support was really sweet and I ended up marrying him. Midori is really cute as corrins kid as well! I feel like I never see much love for him, as Jakob is usually the public's favorite neutral unit. I thought about marrying him as well but his supports with the other units were so off putting, I didn't want to marry corrin off to a yandere!

Love kaze, that's all that's the post

Which bands were the most popular over the years?

I'm not as active in the fan community as I was during OGdori (2019-2021) but I was curious with the release of a bunch of new groups who the most and least popular were over the span of the franchise. I'm also curious where people think dumb rock and millsage will land.

Here are my assumptions over the years, please correct me if I'm wrong!

2017-2020
Roselia > large gap > HHW > Popina > pasupare > afterglow

2020-2022
RAS > roselia > large gap > morfonica > HHW > Popina > Pasupare > afterglow

2022-2024
Maigo > RAS > Roselia > large gap > Popina >HHW > morfonica > Pasupare > afterglow

2025- now
Ave mujica >small gap > maigo > large gap > RAS... etc.

Honestly I feel like I've overstated the popularity of HHW, but I feel like kokoro/Kaoru were really popular in the western fandom.
Roselia is still dominant imo as their videos on the official bandori channel are still doing well.
Pasupare and popina have dedicated fans but I feel like they're not nearly as popular.
Afterglow just suffers from being a mainly cover band personally, their originals aren't nearly as good as the covers. Hell some casual fans don't even know that himari is the leader >w<;;
With the newer groups I feel it's self explanatory. RAS is definitely way more popular than morfonica. Morfonica kinda suffers from a weaker cast & weaker visual identity. It's definitely way less popular now than during release imo.
Ave mujica and Maigo are self explanatory as well. Maigo is definitely really popular rn, but Ave mujica is so big that maigo looks small in comparison.

As for the new groups, I feel like none of them really strike me as particularly interesting. Millsage in particular is the weaker of the three imo.
Dumb rock might be decently popular, but yumemita might stay on the niche side considering their origins.

Perhaps:
Ave mujica >small gap > maigo > large gap > RAS > roselia > large gap > Popina > dumb rock > HHW/ mofonica > millsage > Pasupare > mewtype > afterglow

Please let me know if any of this is wrong!

My 5* disappeared?

I logged into my FEH account for the first time in a while. I played off again and on again from 2017-2021. However, all my 5* are gone? The story is played up until where I was last I remember, but I only have 106 or so units. I thought I imagined having units until I looked through my photos and realized I was neurotic enough to screenshot every one I got.

I checked through everything that other people suggested, like looking through the manuals and reserve barracks.

I feel like I definitely linked to an account as well, because I downloaded and redownloaded the app during 2017-2021.

Attached are photos of units I had + a photo of my units now.

Is there anything I can do to get my old units back?

Why don't Intelligent Systems remake more old FE games?

Title. Mainly just curious.

I'm unfortunately a newgen FE fan. Played FE awakening as my first FE game back in 2019. loved it. then I went on to play fates, echoes, 3h, and engage.

However, I feel like most non-casual FE fans are largely fans of the older games, and I want to get into them, but honestly the aesthetic & the gba pixel art turn me off of them. Unfortunately in my 20s so I'm only used to 3ds era games onwards. I plan on playing Shadow Dragon and Mystery of the Emblem, but Mystery of the Emblem being a JP only game was also a weird decision.

Regardless, I wish they'd circle back and remake some of the older games considering FE is at such a high atm, especially with engage >!being able to summon old lords it feels like a missed opportunity to give newer players context on who tf these people even are.!<
