NAD+ Deal

I've looked on the Fifty410 website and the patient portal. Where do I find the deal on NAD+?

EDIT: Found it! The "Offerings" tab where all their deals are, is located only (at least that I've seen) on the Fifty410 app. Not on the website or in the Patient Portal. FYI!

Glutathione, NAD+ & Sermorelin: stacking injections

Need recommendations for a telehealth that carries glutathione, NAD+ and Sermorelin. I’d prefer to get all of them from the same place just to make things easier.

Also, when “stacking” peptides, am I just relegated to taking multiple shots at a time? I’m on maintenance with Tirz and just trying to reduce the number of injections in a day/week if possible. But of course, I want to do it safely.

Thanks!

Goal Weight, Maintenance and Frailty

Lets discuss. I'll go first.

Four months ago, I hit goal and I was thrilled. But I wanted to give myself some wiggle room and thought 115 is a good place to land before I pull back or adjust dosing.

Well. My body decided to just keep going. So, I hit 104 and my weight held there. I feared becoming frail-- that is something seniors need to take into consideration more than the younger crowd--and I do weight train 3 days a week. But that 104 on the scale is too low. Now I am navigating how to put weight back on with food but to do so wisely, with healthy eating.

As hard as it was to decide to go on a GLP1, for me, the weight loss was easy. Maintenance, I'm discovering, is where the biggest challenges surface, at least for me. I'm actually considering a change to telehealth providers, specifically one that offers a focus on maintenance. I hear Big Easy Weightloss has a good trackrecord on that topic. They are a bit more expensive but I am willing in order to do this right!

There are lots of individuals offering their feedback at the r/GLPGrad page, but I have no idea how old any of those individuals are. So, I want a doctor or NP to review MY situation and help me map out a plan tailor-made just for me. Just as I did when I started my GLP1, I didn't want the rigid Eli Lily standard dosing. I wanted compounded that offered flexibility for my biology, my unique journey.

That said, I'm curious to know if anyone here has had to address the topic of frailty in their own journey, your maintenance challenges or successes and if you've honestly looked at yourself and have worked to maintain muscle. Pretty much all the things that go with weight loss and aging.

Lets be honest with ourselves first, and one another second. Certainly, if that's an uncomfortable thing to share, keep mum, but give it some thought if only in your headspace. If you're comfortable otherwise, then lets chat!
