How easy do you guys think this will be to obtain?

This will be available for purchase at the Gen Con event after your demo session.

Was watching this for awhile and suddenly there's been a weird buyout. The price jumped 50% from $800 to 1250.

Is this because the 30th Anniversary is next year in July 2027 and people are realizing this is the only 25th anniversary cards product released in 2022 that celebrates the IP's creation?

Looks like vintage cards continue to climb in PSA 10. Insane turn of events for the IP

How do you guys think this will end? Is this sustainable?

I've been wondering alotabout the 30th Anniversary of the One Piece franchise since it's just a year away.

It's probably going to be a bigger deal than things like the yearly tcg anniversary products since this celebrates 30 years of the wider IP's creation since 1997 and they might be doing something special for it.

For the 25th Anniversary in 2022, they only released one product for the tcg: the 25th Premium Card Collection which contained 10 Promos with a manga panel background of the Straw Hat Pirates.

The 30th should probably have more products since its been 5 years since the TCG's creation and the team has had more time to build up towards this. I'm guessing there will be at least 3-4 30th Anniversary products made.

What do you think will be released for the 30th Anniversary? How do you think they will perform as investments?

I don't think he's ever done this for the other Naruto tcgs like Mythos or Kayou. He even personally drew a custom special illustration for this Bandai TCG.

What's happening here? Do you think him being involved in this TCG will make a difference?

I’ve been thinking about the milestone years for this franchise. It feels like the wider One Piece brand has treated every 5-year anniversary as a massive cultural event, and they consistently find a way to level up the scale each time.

Look at the history:

- 20th Anniversary: We got the birth of "One Piece Day" and the launch of the One Piece Magazine.

- 25th Anniversary: They really went big with the One Piece Fan Letter special show, that insane Sphere light show in Las Vegas, and the "Meet the One Piece" event in Shibuya where they also dropped the 25th Anniversary Premium Card Collection for the TCG.

Now, we are only a year out from the big 30th Anniversary in July 2027 and it feels like Oda and the crew are cooking something up.

What kind of products do you expect will get released?

Scheduled for Sept. 8 this will be the Naruto TCG's first collaboration with a large brand such as the Yankees.

Get your tickets ready and be early. This will likely be more chaotic than the dodgers luffy.

I think the opportunity with Naruto is completely slept on while people focus on Pokemon, Magic The Gathering and One Piece. Naruto is a Top 10 Anime IP and arguably a part of many Gen Y and Gen Z's childhoods as it was a "BIG 3" anime in the 2000s.

Kishimoto himself is involved with this Bandai TCG as he has made a special illustration and gave his blessings through his comments on the website.

This has definitely the potential to be a Top 5 TCG in the coming years.
