Lucky?

Is this a good Pnl for starting in May this year? July was a rough month but I did options (small size) from like may 5th to may 20th and then moved to prop firms.

My biggest thing is not getting cocky and staying complacent with small payouts and not trying to trade 5 accounts. All advice is appreciated! I’m 22 and I am a mechanic aswell bringing in about 60ish k a year from that

Anyone have this issue?

This is a 250k legacy PA. Requested 8/5 approved 8/6 (Thursday) it’s now 8/17 (Monday) still no funds not really what I’m worried about but more since dashboard hasn’t updated to funds sent or paid (this is my first apex payout) does the dashboard update to that terminology or does it just stay on approved? Should I escalate a help ticket?

Nice😁

This will be my first payout with apex, on a 250k legacy account. And makes my 4th payout in an about 3 1/2 months of trading. Excited to preserve this legacy account 😁

Gotta forget about it..

$3600 in payouts this month so far so been a pretty decent month. This is my first full month trading as I started trading may 15th with options and moved to futures/prop firms on may 21st

Rough day today with NQ’s choppy movement. And I sized up just a little too much. Luckily had about $1k buffer so I’m back down to original 2k drawdown. Glad it’s the weekend and I can move on and reset for Monday.

But still need to get better and realizing I’m not following my rules before it gets bad like it did today!

Max payout😁

Good week! Today marks 1 month or so of me starting to trade on prop firms and will be my 2nd payout first was $1k 2 weeks ago and now this $2k. Total spent on evals = $350ish. Trying to not get on to much of high and just understand this is the benefits of my work and dedication 😁 good bounce back from a rough last week

Well that was humbling.

I passed my first eval ever first week of actual trading after paper trading the last month. and then secured max payout which I received Tuesday morning.. Obviously tried to keep my emotions aside but cockiness and luck got to me I blew my first funded Tuesday afternoon.

then got another funded Wednesday morning at market open and blew it 2 hours later. Then got another funded yesterday and blew that one this morning.

Really all I can do is sit back and laugh a little enjoy the weekend and be happy that at least I’m not coming out of pocket at the moment for these horrible mistakes.

I am now halfway to funded on my current 25k eval and halfway to funded on my first 50k. Looking to really reflect and try to relax this weekend and come back Monday in not such a rush. Which I think is the reason I have been screwing myself this week. I don’t need a payout Friday I need a buffer just like I told myself that first week and the profit will follow.

Hope everyone had a better week than me! Enjoy the weekend fellas🤙🏿

And so it begins.

First funded account ever. 25k flex, I started paper trading about a month ago and bit the bullet last week. Passed the eval pretty well. And have a had a good 2 days on my funded. Really looking for $500 a week as I feel that’s a good starting point and will give me a good buffer drawdown since I’m still learning!

Up $500 last 2 weeks on my Robinhood cash account with options aswell but will most likely stray away after getting better at futures and scaling up # of accounts.

EDIT: I made $1.1k today

How do the payouts work?

So I am new to lucid I am on a 25k flex account (low) I know but I thought it was good since I am just starting out. So with the max payout of 1k how much profit do I need to make? Like my first week this week I made $1k so how much could I request?

Realistically even $500 a week I could be cool with. But how does the buffer work and does the drawdown move up? Sometimes their rules can be confusing for someone new so just looking for some insight. If you have guys have any advice for anything (accounts, copy trading, Etc..) please feel free to drop some knowledge.

I am so happy right now! I am 22 and ever since I was 18 I have been in credit card debt. I seriously don’t think there has been a single month since I was 18 where I didn’t have multiple maxed out credit cards.

I was a 580-620ish 2 months ago and finally now have a score that I can be proud of. I am enjoying learning how to correctly use my cards to my advantage. I feel so free!

My brothers (M30) portfolio.. I (M22)have to say he his doing better then me, i am just starting but in the 3 weeks of research I have done, I would say this is interesting.

Rumble is weird to me but I could be wrong 🤷🏾‍♂️ he has a decent position on it I just don’t know if the potential for it is there. The biggest thing for me is him using cashapp as his brokerage.

currently has his checks being deposited there and it’s taking 20% automatically every other Thursday and puts it into rumble (10%) and other 10 into nvda I told him to stop doing that so he doesn’t get crushed by market open raises.

He also has $169 in bitcoin and $330 in cash apps 3.25% savings and $1000 in chimes 3.5% savings (i told him to take out cashapp savings and bitcoin and go into voo or s&p no clue why he has 2 savings

Literally started trading about 2 weeks ago have been heavily using paper trade on Webull and trying futures on ninjatrade

Decided to finally give it a shot today during my lunch break it genuinely was crazy the amount of emotion on the $659 call I handled myself well but man that was a lot lol. It was $50 but still bought 0.27 had a take profit at 0.40 and it ended up jumping all the way to 0.60! Tried again at a 0.21 and well you can see what happened was fluctuating and then dropped hard to 0.13 QUICK! I guess that’s options lol fun lunch break today to say the least.
