Are those marines firstborn or primaris scaled?

I havent painted Alpha Legion since 3rd and 4th ed. Been out of 40k for a while, getting back into them for Kill Team.

With regards to Army Painter Speedpaint 2.0 range; has anyone tried using straight Caribbean Ocean or Raging Sea over silver?

I heard 8 parts Plasmabolt to 1 part Highlord Blue though it was an old video.🤷‍♂️

New to Venators. Trying to make a theme list which i was inspired by Wellywood.

My question is, is there still a way to have a psyker (Gandalf) in the lsit.

The Book or Peril can, i think the Apracophia pdf is newer and i so see any option there.

Its a fun casual league which would be ok to mod.

If the new pdf list cant have one (correct me if im wrong) how can i add one and cost it appropriately as fairly as i can.

Is there somewhere my new group can download the scenarios list and rules for the N17/23 edition?

Were asking as, yes we known theres a few websites that make it easy.

However, if the rumours of a new edition are true... we after having bought into the core books and all the House books and some other books...we arent switching and dont want to loose access for scenarios we dont have.

Also a list to roll off of and which book its in would also be nice.
