My first batch of skeeter pee! Started on June 27

Its made from

Juice of 24 lemons,

8 lbs cane sugar,

2 tsp yeast nutes

Water to 5ish gallons

A pack of premier blanc yeast

1 cup of black cherry juice from some cherries I harvested

Shes bubblin away and seems very active, love her color, super excited to see how she turns out.

Should I add pectinase or something to help with the cloudiness?

Weird almost fuzzy texture, soft then hard in middle? Found in oregon
