Camping / hiking suggestions

Looking to drive to Devon from Brighton at the weekend! Feel completely lost in all the suggestions. I’m more drawn to the North, will be there Sunday - Thursday. I think the things furthest away that I want to do is the Speke Mill Waterfall and maybe do a little road trip down to the Eden Project also, but otherwise stay in the North. Any suggestions for full day hikes, things to see etc? Thanks!

Local wanting to be a tourist

was raised in Colchester but haven’t lived here for 10 years and am visiting again. I want to be a proper tourist over the next few days, I never did the Castle so that’s top of the list. what else would you recommend?

Machine help please

Sewing for the first time and was doing well, but then my bobbin ran out so I went to restock. The hook basically fell out with the bobbin case, and now when I try put it back together it feels really loose. At some point I was able to pull the bobbin thread through with the needle but then when I went to sew the needle got jammed. I’ve pulled the whole hook race apart and put together multiple times and now it won’t pull up the thread at all and I can’t help but feel like this isn’t clicking into place but nothing I do seems to work

Nursing degree in another country

I’m 29 and thinking of a career change from media production to sexual health nursing. I realise I’d need to do a degree in nursing but am hesitant to do this in the UK (having already done a degree here), has anyone ever done this abroad? I hear Argentina is apparently good for this but would love to hear from people’s experiences. Thanks!

Summer solstice

Anybody celebrating summer solstice on Saturday night? What events / meet ups are there? I’d ideally like to be in some field near an old rock with some good vibes and maybe a bbq. Any suggestions?

ROCD & sex

I've been with my boyfriend nearly 10 months now and it's the healthiest relationship I've been in (and also the scariest!). I believe I've had ROCD throughout this which can be worse at some points (like now) and better at others, and I am in therapy generally anyway.

About a month ago he had to move into my flat, we agreed it would be temporary but it feels like the dynamic has changed. He also started a new job and has been stressed, and it feels like our sex life has reduced a bit (used to be extremely connected, very sexual and experimental). Now we aren't having sex so much and lately it's been feeling a little disconnected. This is sending me spiralling, and wanting reassurance that this happens every now and then with other people in long term relationships? I so badly want it how it was earlier in the relationship, but also wonder if I'm just chasing that dopamine high. I'm hoping once he moves out things change again as it was too soon for us, but I just can't help spiralling, searching on reddit, making posts on here...

Any words of wisdom from others that have suffered with ROCD would be welcome too
