KYLAQ Sportline first look

Found this video on Youtube shorts.

The KYLAQ badge in black can hardly be seen.. Probably will have to opt for lighter colors...

My first visit to Pizza 4p's - Indiranagar

I have been seeing posts on this sub and reels of this place and I was genuinely very keen on trying out. So my wife and I decided last night to try our luck, visiting this place at Indiranagar, without any reservations. Luckily, we managed to get a seat after waiting for 30 mins.

My experience :

Veg salad burrata and Mushroom pizza = Excellent

Garlic Bread with Boursin = Good

Tiramisu = Average (i have had better ones before)

Shoutout to the staff, they are really kind and welcoming. Since it was our first visit, they gave us a complimentary Frozen Yogurt.

Do we get pizzas of similar quality in other places? Definitely!!!

I also noticed some tables being empty even when there were people waiting to get in. That didn't sit right with me.

Bill was Rs. 1800 for two people..

I have a few questions, requesting your assistance in this regard.

  1. Insurance post discount comes to 32k. I will bring down to 25k - inhouse or through policy bazar

  2. Essential kit - 16.6k. Do they accommodate our requests? I want to get the tyres painted. Do they offer discounts on that?

  3. Purchasing drive assure delight is an absolute must?

  4. Discounts on SMP and Extended warranty? Can we purchase after a few days of the purchase?

  5. What's the price I should target with the dealer? without any adds. like the basic as per the screenshot

Worried about future BGV because of the past and present mess up

Guys, I am in sort of a mess right now and I appreciate your honest response on the way forward. Please help me out because all I am doing at the moment is panicking.

1)      I started my career at a Lala company. Worked there for 3 years. There is no concept of having PF or any sorts in that company. Workers get their share, but staff don’t. It’s a manufacturing company. Now I will be applying for a MNC and during BGV, what can go wrong? Salary was being deposited to my account directly though. I have relevant documents as well.

2)      I worked in another MNC for 3 years. Left that company as my father was unwell. Had to get back closer to my hometown. I didn’t have a proper job. But used to work as a consultant in one of the project sites of my cousin brother. Got some money in cash. Have a experienced letter as well. But how do I deal with no PF or salary transfer proof? Please help.

3)      Been working in a reputed company in this industry but acts as a lala company (unfortunately). Had to fight for a salary hike, got a good 35% hike. But sadly the increased amount is given in the form of cash. No increment letter or any documents to support my claim. I informed my director stating I need some sort of proof, but they are reluctant to provide. Their claim is that, no one knows about your hike apart from the MD and my Manager. Hence.. I am now trying to quit and join a MNC. BGV will obviously be there. But how do I come out of this crisis?

Requesting everyone to please provide your valuable insights so that I can come out of this mess. Please. Thank you
