Hi, I'm gamecore101. You probably don't know me unless you're like super into Dreams modding and stuff.

I've been looking into the game and reverse engineering it and stuff, and I decided to try to show the modes in the game (beyond sculpt/paint mode, directly using the UI to show them all including the hidden ones). I've been working on a tool for some things and decided to showcase just what I've figured out so far. Some of these modes are super buggy, some are usually disabled (like the Homespace Editor) and some are just outright unused (like the weird Update Mode you see here).

Using this, I was able to actually "hot swap" the menu state in game so i can show all the menus and UIs as far as the game goes (not submenus like dreamshaping, imp editor, etc.), just the editors that are in game, yet I still am working on more stuff and seeing how everything works, I've been burnt out, but due to some stuff coming out, I felt a little pressured to also release something.

Yes, this is real footage. I didn't edit anything out. The tool is still a super early work in progress so I don't plan to release it yet, but due to people apparently making movements in the modding scene, I decided to finally make some kind of announcement, even if this is in a rough state. I've mostly been working on hooking it into the UI, which now it can kind of handle UI states and also hook into text as you see at the beginning, but it's still a work in progress. I actually planned for the project to go into a different direction that wasn't what it is now, more focused on the networking of Dreams. I hope to actually return to the original goal sometime soon.

I might delete this if it gets a lot of attention, I've just been anxious and that's why I made this post.

I'm sorry if this sounds like a "skill issue" but why is this SO HARD??

I haven't played Doors in forever. Everything feels so, so much harder compared to when Hotel+ dropped (I stopped playing like after Super Hard Mode released) and it feels so hard now. The candle is just completely useless because you can't light it unless you have a lighter or find a fireplace, and if you have a lighter, what's the point of the candle if you could just use the lighter whenever you want?

The candle doesn't even go out when Rush or anyone is there anymore. All I wanted was to see the outdoors, and I can't even find the shears. I'm like genuinely so tired of this, I've spent way too much just reviving because the Library is stupidly hard now and I still die to Rush or Dupe at the greenhouse (since when did Dupe even spawn in the greenhouse??)

I guess this is more of just a rant but oh my god, I hate how hard the game is now. It used to feel easy, but now the candle does nothing, Dread stops me from being able to stay in any room in the greenhouse for too long, Dupe can spawn in the greenhouse where I can't even see the doors, it doesn't even feel fun anymore. Do modifiers even work? Can I go to the outdoors if I use modifiers? I just want to see this stupid subfloor, I don't even know if it's worth it anymore

so little bit of context, i was messing around with a game a while back and used np fake signin to try to disable the network thing just to mess around really (prior to that, i stupidly had done the "sign out" thing on account management so I wouldn't get banned, but my digital games still worked fine even after doing that, just that it would give me a "sign in to playstation network" screen whenever i played a game that had online capability)

everything was fine initially but today I've turned back on my ps4 and all my purchased games are appearing with a padlock, these are actual games that I did buy and had a digital license for

the fpkg games appear fine but all my retail games are stuck like this, is there any way to restore my licenses? with or without goldhen running, the padlock is still there
