Fics where Shane or Ilya shields the other on ice after a fall

During the Montreal-Buffalo series in round 2 of this playoffs, there was a scrum in front of the Montreal net and Buffalo's Benson fell. There were a bunch of jostling players around, so Montreal's Matheson went down to curl over his head to protect him. I've linked the video in the post.

Are there any fics where Shane or Ilya do this for the other?

How do you all time your supplements?

I don't take much, just a multivitamin, extra calcium, iron, fish oil, and creatine. But I'm always forgetting. I'd love to just take everything at once at breakfast, but I love my coffee and yoghurt bowl in the mornings and caffeine inhibits the absorption of the multivitamin and calcium/yoghurt does the same with iron. The toughest is probably the multiple cups of coffee throughout the day.

When do you ladies take your supplements? Or do you have a strategy for reminding yourself when to take them?

Food court fries sold frozen?

Does Costco sell the food court fries frozen? I really like them and would like to have them at home.

Edit: You guys are fast, thank you! Seems like they're the Cavendish FlavourCrisp fries.

I have a pair of Shokz for when I run outside and am currently using my AirPods for treadmill runs. I find treadmills to be quite loud, especially when there are other people beside me, so the open ear Shokz don't work. But the AirPods also don't sit that tightly in my ears, so the audio isn't loud enough. I can't really listen to an audiobook because I miss a lot of words.

Any recommendations? I tried the AirPods Pro, but they made me kind of nauseated.
