Desperately in need of a GPU upgrade, looking for advice

My girlfriend wants to play Halo Campaign evolved with me when it releases, we're also interested in Borderlands 4, so I need to buy 2 GPUs and current prices are kind of insane. Currently I'm running a gtx 1070 and she has an rx6600.

I have a 600W PSU, hers is 550W, would prefer to stay within that power budget. Both systems are AM4 with Ryzen 5000 series CPUs, so I don't think PCI-E bandwidth will be a limitation. I'm leaning towards the RX 9060XT 16GB, but the price is slightly out of my budget right now, if they were at MSRP I'd snag a couple right away. Is there anything in the budget category that is worthwhile right now? Is there any evidence that prices will come down over the next couple months?

The sides of my hydrangea collapsed

I'm thinking it's weather related, we got a couple days of 100f weather, very early in the season for my region, then some fairly strong winds I'm in zone 8b and the plant gets filtered sunlight/partial shade. We did water it heavily in the morning during the hot weather. I don't see any broken stems, just seems like it can't bear the weight of its blooms. Should I prune it or just give it some support?

Nelly planted rhodendrons flowers never opened

What's going on with this one? I planted it about 6 weeks ago, buds started opening a couple weeks after, but never fully bloomed.
