What are these marks?

This white polo shirt had some light yellow staining along the fold of the collar and inside the placket, I tried every technique for removing similar stains that I usually have success with but it was to no avail..

I reluctantly decided to use a stain removal spray that had chlorine based bleach despite the fact that the shirt has navy detailing, the details are fine, however the yellow marks have turned a bright vivid red/pink. I assume the red of the French flag plays no part in this?

What are these stains and how do you remove them? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Am I getting my money back?

Summary is that something I’ve returned has ended up back with me

I’m really confused, when I work up there was a parcel left out for me despite the fact that I don’t have a InPost parcel on the way. I found it strange because as well as this fact it was in the same type of parcel bag that I usually use and had a number written on it.

Anyway, my parcel has a big piece of tape on it and upon removal it was covering a big slash in the bag and I can see that it’s a item that I returned over a week ago due to being SNAD. I’ve just checked the item now on Vinted and it just says “return started” “wait for seller to collect parcel” where do i go from here?

Long story short, I’ve bought a polo but when it arrived it was fake. Not only is it fake but the listing image is a stolen photo of a real polo. So idk if it’s more suitable to mark as fake or as wrong item for the best outcome? Photos show the difference
