I will be moving from AB to London, ON around the middle of this month. Just wanted to ask in what neighborhoods should I look for a house/apt and what neighborhoods/streets should I avoid? Will be moving there with my wife and 6-mobth old kid.

Edit: I should clarify this. Ill be coming on 15th june and staying with my friends till 1 july. My wife and kid will be staying for a day and will drive to ottawa where they will stay till 1 july.

I am renting a place and have to move out because I got a job out of province.
A few weeks ago, I discovered some mold in a closet which occurred due to low ventilation. Luckily it was only surface level and we got it fixed.
I have informed the LL about the issue, the fix and shared the photos of the fixes (he had before photos, i sent him damage photos and photos after fixing the issue).
Can I get my damage deposit back and are there any legal implications to this?
